food is quite good. not the best but i it'll do. variety of malay dishes to choose from. drinks is as per usual. some meals are spicy eventhough it states them as normal. those that states is spicy is really really spicy. alot of different seating arrange to choose from. service is slow though.service crew seems to be very inattentive to serve. interesting concept that they take orders and paying is through tablet. eventhough its digital and all, they stills serve quite slow.

Plain Dosai - tastes good, would love it rolled rather than flat in shape
Chicken curry - yummy, not oily, on a sweeter side, slightly spicy
Corn beef - Yumm! Whats not to like
Baby Roti - Crispy, love the texture and taste, baby loves it too.
Bak Chor Mee - first time trying, pleasantly surprised, love the chicken topping flavoursome 👍🏻👍🏻 could do with a bit less sauce coating the noodle - gets a bit salty when mixed all together (esp if you are watching your salt intake)
Otherwise very happy, definitey would come back! Hubby approves!! ( and he is choosy)

The roti is nice and crispy; if your preference is the uber crispy crust type of roti in-lieu of the more traditional crispy fluffy stuff.
The ambience is good. The curry that comes with your roti tastes good. The waiter we had was very helpful. But this is where my review takes a 180!
Drinks were... *eekh*... Who screws up iced lemon tea and bandung? I almost hurled reading "Cendol Temburong" in the menu but thought to myself, "how bad could it be...?". *After the agony*... Please remove the "Temburong" name. It's as if you did it just to put the gimmicky "we don't want you to wait once a year to drink it" line. I'd rather wait to have the real stuff once a year cos I know it'll be amazing.
Burnt otak-otak anyone?
The roti with Bake Culture's signature egg yolk filling was... a waste of time creating. Cos any small amount of curry it was dipped into overpowered the taste. I guess I was expecting too much from this "Chef recommended" item. And the zero wow factor when the dish is presented to you says it all. (Btw, my niece pointed out the zero wow factor for the price).
Finally, stop throwing around the word "authentic". It doesn't mean anything anymore after what we experienced. Along with that, you can also remove the "Best roti in Brunei" line as well.
Back around 180 again. I'd go there again to try the other stuff. Have a nice meal. Enjoy the ambience.

The roti is good - still value for money considering the ambience. Service is being worked on since its relative new. Will do another review this in a couple of months.
