This place is really comfortable but next to our room there someone smoking in the bathroom and the smell of the smoke from our bathroom is so bothered us, but overall is good, food are delicious, and yes thumbs up for this hotel!

The price is still OK but they don't change the bed sheet which is just disgusting..

Aircond not cold....no water heater....got wifi but no internet connection...male staff at the reception & at the coffee house is so rude....breakfast did'nt refill went empty...what the meaning include breakfast went i came at 7:30am no more food to eat...

Its a fancy hotel i can tell you that and expensive but didn't have any pool to swim but it does provide food at the hotel.

Good hotel, conveniently located next the main road, and a short drive to the Klias forest reserve. Probably the best shower I had in the whole country.

Free Wifi but no internet connection.
Still Gems Hotel is the best in Beaufort town. I hope the hotel management can do something about this. Your can read and view all the review here.

Nice and cozy..but air cond is not cold due to the room is big and the air cond is under size or wrong place..couldnt feel it..the shower is good..they said have wifi but no internet...sometimes lost..cant reconnect..but the room is good..only have to fix small issues..

They call they have free Wifi, but do not expect they have Internet... Just wifi WITHOUT internet... it funny, but it is true... wifi WITHOUT internet like Drink without water....

Room is not very clean. Lizard and cockroaches are found. But the shower is good.

客房有wifi就是連不上，告知櫃檯服務人員就雙手一攤，無能為力！劣！劣！劣！
