The toilet was not cleaned properly. Staffs were friendly. Used to be a good place to stay. Maybe need some makeover.

This hotel has lost its shine. It used to be the best in Tawau, Sabah. It is aging and maintenance is lacking. Shower head handle can be broken. Hot water inconsistent. Room corners can be dirty. Stained carpet. The attendants are still polite and nice. Lobby entrance is maintained to look grand. The rooms are not looking fresh. Window should be insulated to prevent noise from roads and aircond compressors outside.

The highest star rated hotel in Tawau so far. Great hitel. Breakfast also good. Rooms are ok. But maybe need some make over. The only downside is the location. Far from town. Sure they have a mall at the ground floor, but nothing interesting there. Got few restaurants nearby. But thats it.

Great hotel for your stay, meeting or dinner events. Staff are friendly, room are large and clean, no wifi though (pay to connect). Breakfast and dinner was delicious, spa on the 5th floor and more...

reallybad service,
there was no tissue in room, the elevator had problem with some stickers on it to show room numbers, I asked the reception guy for a big car a day in advance Wich must be there at 7:00 AM and they still looking for car around 7:20. I could have last the boat to Mabul Island for the delay.

just ok, nice place to stay, bit strategic place for tawau, but much to be up-gred, by the way the breakfast still ok, #kipidap other areas of the services, 👌.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the staffs are friendly and attentive. Great service, great location as well, since it's located in a shopping mall. The best hotel in tawau.

Seems great for the price. Helpful staff. Big room. Could definitely be a bit cleaner, but not bad!

Interior decoration of the room require some new make over i.e. the carpet need to be change. The room environment look gloomy and the linens need to be change.

Dinner was great at the ballroom but rooms were dirty as the hotel is quite old. Should be maintained at a given standard

Ok hotel. Receptionist not greeting us when we came at 7pm. Room is excellent. Could be better for 4 star hotel.

No WiFi in the room, ha ha. I'm doing this review in the lobby. Quite dirty if you explore the more hidden part of the room. I found discarded sanitary bag. For internet users, bring along your internet cable. Feel free to loot the housekeepers wagon, they are awesomely cool!!!
