The hotel Maybe old, but the facilities are well kept. The room and aircond was really nice.
Special treatment for executive lounge if you book executive room.

Vintage boutique hotel. The amenities are old. The lift has lock n key system to reach executive floor. Cozy bed, friendly staff and quiet place

An old but ok hotel. The water heater not function very well otherwise good counter service, breakfast was ok. Not many choiced but still ok.

The oldest 4 star hotel in Tawau owned by international company based in Singapore. Offer full service accommodation, food and beverages, room service, laundry and outdoor catering

In spite of it's classic look, this hotel is strategically located near restaurants (24 hrs Mamak, Tawau Kopitiam, seafood restaurants), walking distant to 24 hrs convenient stores, banks, The Store, and a few dry cleaners / coined laundry.

When I come to Tawau this is the only hotel I choose to stay. Maybe needs some renovations but surely is one of the best hotels. Free WiFi. Staff very well trained and absolutely friendly.

An old fashioned hotel full with SUPER DUPER LOVELY AND FRIENDLY STAFF. From the sales to recepionist to f&b crew to housekeeping, securities and front door person staff are all very friendly and kind. My team and I feel so welcoming to be there. Thier staff are the main contributor for 5star review&rate for the hotel.
The nasi lalapan is simple but considered delicious by my appetite.
Kak Lena, the sales person of the hotel ease our job in organizing the event. Very supportive n friendly. We miss her a lot. Can be rated as a 'must-meet-person' there.
About the room, .....rmmmm.... antique!!
