ordered things which are supposedly to arrive in a week but it has been more than a month. too slow please improve

The most useless, slowest, inefficiency and most importantly laziest postal service service in Brunei. Item arrived at post office now being held because 'could not find address' doubt that. Called the office over 20 times and not even a single person care to pick up the phone. One case I did not receive my parcel for over 2 months, contact the seller and all the seller refund me only to find out my parcel was in the office in their old-man store room when my family members decide check on their stuff at the post office. Address and contact is always available on the parcel itself yet the officers did not even took the time to even send a SMS to the phone or even email.
What on earth are they doing there? Are they even doing their job properly? It'd frustrating when most of the delivery service must go through their post office and wait for another thousand years to received the parcels. If i could choose and pay extra for another delivery service than this trash I would've chose t in the first place.
I'll repeat it again, Brunei postal service is the worst and the most inefficient, slowest and laziest service not only in Brunei but probably in Asia despite being a rich country. What's the use of money when the people in the office don't even use their Brain or effort to do their work. Might as well quit and give chance to the younger generation for change. I wish I didn't have to give a star too in this review.
Such of waste of time with these kind of people.

Ordered my stuff on 27th November from the US using USPS (which said eta 8 to 10 days), reached and departed from singapore on 6th December, now is 14th December and I still havent got my stuff. No way its the Customs?? DHL took me 5-7 days (same category item). USPS Brunei is whack yo. Not the good kind

In all honesty, I believe that the Brunei postal service still needs a lot of improvement. For example, the EMS can sometime takes up to 4 to 5 days, which I wouldn't consider as speedy enough.
In countries like the US and Malaysia (which are very big countries) for example, they can get the parcels delivered to their destinations within 24 hours, and that's going over the oceans. Even parcel that is brought to the post office at night in Kuala Lumpur can reach Sarawak by noon the very next day. In the US, when we pay for courier services, they can keep their word. Parcels from the US can reach Brunei in 4 days. If you're lucky, sometimes even 3 days.
Now, a very small country like Brunei should by right be able to get parcels delivered within 24 hours. Maximum 2 days. Otherwise customers should be given the "your money back" guarantee. We pay $4 for a slow service? Well, I think that's just not fair!

The post office is really outdated! Seriously! Their website is not connected to their storage database!! It's impossible to track anything. How can you ensure your customers' belongings are safe?? The post should be updated with proper computers to do their job. Post office nowadays are more geared towards online shopping, come on people. Their website looks ancient and they don't even have an email posted in the website to contact!

I guess the speed post need more improvements where it is not speed enough and takes 3 to 4 days to receive it, even from bsb to bsb.

Frustration won't even begin to describe thier service. They really show how lazy they feel to do their job. The customer services try to help but they can only help out a little. Most phone numbers aren't even active or in use. I can't find a way to retrieve my package from online order been 2 months!

don't know how good it is MPC but KB branch got poor customer service. The new building for KB postal service is nice to see and very convenience but the services esp for parcel delivery and receiving are so slow. MPC Bandar sent to KB items way earlier but it took 5 days for KB branch to release it? Not to mention the customer service is so poor.
