Room is spacious and comfy but need to improve on its upkeep. Staff service is fair. Location is great with many eateries around. Would recommend for a short layover in Tawau.

strategic location, walking distance to many other site like pasar gantung, pasar tanjung; near restaurant, mart and masjid.
room is clean, comfy. friendly receptionists.

Hotel is very simple straight fwd..stayed in the executive room. Nice comfortable just that hbo was unclear. View overlooks the city.
