It located not far from town. Place was still new, there have resfaurant too. Nice meal. Overall, not really well establish yet. Well, its new. Still need a lot of progress.

Ended up booking this hotel because all other hotels were fully booked during my weekend in Semporna.
Overall a decent hotel but a lot could be inproved.
The hotel room while spacious and the beds were incredibly comfy.
But the room floor was very dirty.
Bathroom has hot shower,but still has issue with cleanliness.There's a weird burning plastic smell in the shower and the floor very dirty and mossy.
Breakfast was nice though.
A nice selection of Malay cuisine with kuihs and porridge.

The toilet is stinky and the horrible fragrant overflow to the whole room. Room service is worse as when we call them, the reply was no cleaning staff available. In the end we are given detergent and brush to do cleaning.

Acceptable. But price is quite high, considering they do not have much to offer. Wi-Fi is obviously present at 2nd floor but the staff said they "don't have the password" and insisted to go to the lobby for Wi-Fi connection.

The room is nice but it does take too long for the staff to send hair dryer and fix my room phone line.

Nice hotel, under renovation but clean, the lobby is huge and staffs are friendly. Well done!

Spider web is everywhere. Toilet is dirty. Overall i give 2 from 10. So dissapointed .....

As far as the Hotel is concerned, it's bare necessity but do have a good eating place.

The hotel is not well maintained. Wall are without paint. The toilet is extremely dirty. And yes the towel is blood stained.

Horrible, the bed sheet got blood stain, not cleaned properly, dirty toilet seat. The receptionist is not friendly hardly smile. Made reservation via phone call, the staff is very rude speaks in high tone. First and last and i wouldn't recommend. The price is not worth it look for other place.

What can I say...blood srained blanket, hair on bedsheet, soiled tissue paper on top of clothes cabinet😢

First time check in, in this hotel and I found a massy room, not clean and im very desipointed. Expensif and not worted. No free wifi. The hotel not manageble properly. The ront office staff not welcoming the guest even not smile. Hope the owner can improve all issue. Please upgrade the hotel like a real hotel, not like a backpeker.

Nice facilities ,price is reasonable,but abit far from semporna town,if you have your own car then you will be ok.but if you plan to walk between hotel and the town center,dont

A good budget hotel, but no cafes around. Have to walk along the shoplots to get meals. The hotel situated a bit from Semporna town, not recommended to stay here for a travellers without car. This hotel is far from the shore, means no ocean view.

There is a gap of at least 5km from the right location. Beside the very dirty conditions of the hotel I'm very desapointed with mr Google Maps
