Their system and process is not very good. It's semi automated. I requested for a change in payment for my policy which was handled by my agent. Once it was processed and approved as told by my agent, I come here to make my policy payment but the changes was not reflected in their computer system. The funny part was, the lady behind the counter asked me why is my record not updated in the system which I should be the one asking the question. After an hour of checking the system, it was solved by having to fill up the changes form and submit it all over again. But the front line are friendly.
