It's spacious. everything you need would be here . They have a boxing ring. Dance class area. Treadmill and bicycles. I Also like the threadwall for a different kind of workout. Area is clean. There is small shop that sells gym apparel. If you get hungry there is a healthy eats restaurant at the ground floor of the gym.

Great gym with amazing staff. Memberships are pricey, but definitely worthwhile. I wanted to join for a short time and was offered a very flexible plan, which was perfect for me. There are various floors, all with different types of equipment or studios. There is something for everyone. There are tons of classes to get involved with, and the staff are friendly and happy to help you out.
