Went there for my lunch hour.. atmosphere was pleasant enough, and I was the only occupied table at the time, seated right in front of the cashier.
I was appalled when I asked half an hour later why my dish did not arrive and they admitted they did not recieve my order..
To add insult, not one, not two, not three but FOUR staffs were chatting away at the cash register no more than two meters away from me..
Like HELLOOO!?? Did you not think its odd that I would just be sipping on water for half an hour??
Or do you usually get customers that are cheap? If that is the quality of your service I can see why..
Your HR deparment should really look into hiring properly trained wait-staff!
And the food? Bland, unimaginative and about as impressive as a badly-made soggy sandwich.. and NOT WORTH the price-point
A horrible first imperssion, if that's how you treat your only table God knows what chaos would ensue were it a full house!
Would not recommend, unsure if I'll go there again.. without improvement I doubt this place would last long in such a competitive market
To summarize-
1. Unattentive staff
2. Mediocre service
3. Sub-par food quality
4. Over-priced
