AC quit working, but refunds are not allowed. Wifi stopped working, couldn't fix it until the next day they said. Staff is lazy and the front desk is supposed to be 24/7 but I waited over 2 hours for someone to show up to give me a towel no one ever came so I just went into the office myself and got one. Not clean, not comfortable. Broken shower, water goes everywhere. They want you to be green and conserve but they would converge a lot just by fixing a few things! The girl who originally let us in was rude, no hello, just asked where our reservation was, that was after waiting 15min for her to let us in. Then she asked where our passport was as if we should have had it ready and waiting. Breakfast was stale bread to make toast and jam and butter, with a lovely little mouse running around the breakfast area. Other reviewers said they got eggs or omletes and more breakfast choices. Staff loud in the morning waking us up. The water in the sinks has automatic soap dispenser attached to the faucet and no way to shut it off, so you have to brush your teeth in the shower. I really have nothing positive to say.
