We spent 2 nights in Palm Bungalow. it was the cheapest place we could find. 150,000 for 2 person/ night included breakfast, fresh shower. You can ask for discount if you stay long time. The bungalow was big & basic. There were also nice garden view from our bungalow, closed by the stream, quite, fresh air. If you love to be in nature & in tight budget , it is very good option. If you need more comfort, take it for reference ^^.
They also serve the dinner, fruit shake with reasonable price . Free tea anytime in day. It took quite long time to wait until the food was served.
It 's quite far from "center" where the most cafe & restaurant are. It's unconvenient at night time if you would like to go out for dinner or cafe.

Hospitable and helpful owner, delicious banana pancake for our breakfast. They have beautiful dogs and puppies too. 😊

Palm Bungalow is an amazing place to enjoy nature and visit kelimutu in the early AM. The owner, Robertus is very helpful, friendly and reliable. There is also a possibility to do a work-trade here- provided you can work manual labor he offers an opportunity for free room and board. Other descriptions have mentioned the basic nature of these bungalows but for low budget travelers and adventure seekers it is perfect! Thanks Robertus and your wonderful staff!!

Great place to stay with a super-kind owner. The only downside is dusty room for allergic people.

Palm bungalows offers a peaceful, quiet gateway. An undisturbed night without the noice of he scooters on the main road as in the Moni homestays, nor barking dogs or the racket of the chickens. It's less than a km from the local market in Moni. More than worthwhile the extra meters because you hardly find a more welcoming and knowledgeable family. Robert and his sisters Flo and Odly are very hospitable that it makes it hard to leave. The cooking of Flo and Odly is difficult to beat. Every day a different breakfast, different dishes local food in the evening. Free tea. A hidden gem for an unbeatable price: 75.000 Rp for a single occupancy, 150.000 Rp for a double occupancy.

Palm Bungalow Guesthouse is basic, with private bungalows with bathroom (no hot water), bed with mosquito net, and a porch to enjoy the view of the garden, mountains, and dogs and chickens on their property. The hosts, Pak Robert, Ibu Flo, and Ibu Odi are welcoming and ready to recommend activities in the area -- Kelimutu National Park, waterfalls, hot spring, fruit market. Delicious meals with most of the food coming straight from their gardens. They also have cars and scooters available to arrange trips to Kelimutu, Ende, Maumere, or wherever you want to go. Cost was fair and competitive with other options in Moni. The guesthouse is a little outside of Moni so very quiet and still within walking distance.
