The arrangement made in project basis to answer the needs of our Client’s to have direct support and maintenance for their equipments.
Wewill name and assign a qualified and trained Project Manager to represent us on matters related to the Project, its delivery to the Customer, and the requirements of the Customer scope of work. He will also responsible for the overall conduct of the Project and for the accuracy and content stated in the SOW
Our Project Manager will allocate numbers of designated engineer stationed at Client’s offices complete with all necessary equipments required to perform the job. Services will be delivered or performed according to the identified response time and resolution time
The flow starts from support request by user to our helpdesk team whose activate job ticket to the engineer on site for immediate 1x4 hours maximum response time and 2x24 hours maximum resolution time. Engineer assess the situation and escalates if appropriate to the next technical level or engage spare part order to helpdesk team then update job ticket status when performed
