Nice hospitality, plenty parking spot are available. Very quiet and comfortable, you can't hear any noise from the main road outside. The food was very nice and tasty. The pool are clean and beautifully decorated

Good for facilities and the services. But the taste of their food maybe just not match with my taste. But, thankyou for the comfort services.

Public areas including lobby, swimming pool, and entertainment area were great but the condition of the room could be maintained better. Needed deep and thorough cleaning; especially bathroom areas. Staff were friendly

I like this place. Not far from the centre of Batu City. This place is so crowded when the long weekend is coming. So far from this place is good. I can go to another place with no traffic. I like the people who serve in here. The resort is so good and has beautiful views.

One word to describe this resort is satisfying. The room is so cozy, also clean and smell good. The food is so delicious. The employees is so friendly.
The minus? Hmmm its to expensive hahahaha. But it worth.

Beautiful place i tell you. The service is perfect. They have whatever you need. Good bath, good restaurant, beautiful swimming pool. if you want to gather a meeting for business or else, they have a convention hall for 200 people and more! Recommended for people want to feel luxury in their visit at Malang

Don’t You love it when you feel that all the employees of the hotel are trying to make your stay the best experience for You and your family?
This is one of them. They anticipated much more than any other hotels we’ve been. The front desk even prepared our breakfast to bring with us for our midnight trip to Mount Bromo!
This is a very recommended hotel to visit in Batu!

The rooms are large, well appointed and clean. Again a very clean and large bathroom. The AC worked perfectly. I had a balcony overlooking the pool.
The grounds are so beautiful. Lovely walking / jogging track, mini golf course, tennis court, basketball, jungle gym for golden etc. There also an absolutely stunning chapel for weddings. The dining pool is also quite large and well maintained. The lovely climate in Malang makes everything so much nicer. The staff are very polite and helpful. The food is amazing and among the best I've had anywhere. The buffet breakfast had a really large spread and variety. The only criticism I have is that three could have been atleast a couple more plug points in the room. Plug the mobile in and the camera, laptop etc can't be charged! No plug point near the bed at all. I had to charge my camera in the bathroom.

I had been here for 4 days but i didn't stayed here. i was here for the exhibition. For the first time i do really love this place. The place so comfortable and feels like Bali. The hotel so clean and tidy. The people so kind. Maybe the price a bit expensive but it's worth to stayed here..

I was there to spend my honeymoon with my husband. The price is expensive but it was worth every penny. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a surprise cake one night. We spent all three days in the resort because it has all the entertainments we needed. The place is clean and comfortable.. Thank you for all the comfort we had...

Good service. The building design just Ok. Should turn on lights even though there's sunlight, it feels creepy.

Great location which gives an extremely easy access to travellers. This well maintained resort hotel has plenty of activity options.

They have good service and such a cool place in the hot place. But the ballroom so small, though the sound system is good enough. You can playing their piano by ask for permitted to the staff before (everystaff). Just make sure you don't bother another guest.

Luxurious resort at the strategic place, close to interest point at Batu (aprox. 6-7km), it has great facilities and variable. The hospitality is outstanding from all of the staffs. Very recommended the resort is family friendly

Nice place for family vacation. Big hotel with clean and big room. Friendly staffs. Good swimming pool with jacuzzi and also sauna. A playground for the children.
You do not need to go anywhere for relax and enjoy the vacation, everything is here, including sport activities, mini golf, jogging track, tennis and many more. Thanks to Singhosari Resort; my family vacation was a successful vacation.

plus : the balcony and the view of each room, the green scenery, children playground, rooftop bar, quiet, great interior at the lobby, near upcoming jatim park 3.
minus : although the offer great view, but it located on lower Batu, so not that cool of the weather. the bathroom is too standard for 5 star hotel. the shower door can't closed properly. only get 2 towels no face towel for deluxe room. get 2 cups, 2 glasses on the tea bar but only 1 spoon. the bed equipped only with one pillow. no iron, service available for additional charge. the directory book is broken and not updated, the curtain need better maintenance (they look dirty), we use the convention hall and the carpet definitely need clean up. they look like never been cleaned up for years. the TV channel is not much (they use USee TV). the blanket is too thin for 5 star hotel.

Great and luxurious place, a suitable place if you want to enjoy your room and hotel surroundings. You will not get a great scenic view from this hotel since this resort is located in the middle of the city, but you can still enjoy the hotel ambiances

was here just last week, love the ambiance, love the surrounding, serene. big room, nice staff, kids enjoyed the pool and they're happy walked around the hotel (nice view). Enjoyed the dinner more than breakfast.
definitely love to come back on next visit and told relatives already to stay here whenever they have chance to go to Batu.

Built in the great work of architecture, love their cultural style so much. Good service. Minus, maybe, the bathroom design are too simple for 5 star hotel like this, compared with their ambience in another room design (bedroom, lobby, cafe, rooftop lounge). But still can be compromised. Still the best hotel in Batu.

Great hotel with montains view, green garden, small river with many fishes, many facilities provided, clean rooms, staffs are very friendly and helpful, various good quality of foods for breakfast. Have stayed twice and will absolutely come back again.
