I only eat at their restaurant and I recommend Sate Kelinci and Javanese Mie Godog for meals. Good taste, semi outdoor place, well maintained facility. Prices are restaurant average.

Nice place to stay.. the location is strategic surrounded by famous tourism place & attraction... 5 mins to Jatim Park 1, 10 mins to Jatim Park 2, 12 mins to Batu Night Spectacular (BNS), 5 mins to Museum Angkut, 20 mins to Coban Rondo Waterfall & Taman Langit Gunung Banyak.

I stayed for 2 days on the cheapest dorm type room, even if it's the cheapest, but it's comfortable, the shared bathrooms is clean, the amenities are complete & the hotel change it daily, the foods have good price & taste. The location is really close to Museum Angkut. A hotel that I will surely booked again if I come to Batu. 🙌

Can't believe it. I encountered all the negative remarks about this place during my stay. Villa is on another street 800m away from main building, had to take a car there after check in, so no access to facilities. Main door lock faulty difficult to open/lock. Power supply cut off 2 hrs after check in and the day after. Alarm malfunction keeps beeping. Ants infestation in the toilet wall the next morning. Cockroaches in bathroom and both bedrooms every day. Lizards crawl into grocery bag on kitchen top. Next morning some staff came to villa and started banging away outside and repairing the front gate with no notification or explanation. Never come back again.

Room is nice and clean. Toilet is not cleaned to much and lack of toilet paper. The toilet is combined with the shower facility; it is nothing to be impressed over.
Pro: good food for decent price, room are fair priced, good location, good English speaking staff
Con: slow internet, lack of service,
Overall experience are good, but don’t expect anything grand.

A perfet combinatiom of warm atmosphere and freezing air. Good food, breathtaking view, hospitable staffs and easily accessible location.
Most of the time, guests did not read facility offered such as non AC room then they discover it just right when checking in.

Good places to enjoy holiday with your big family, places is clean and cool. But need solve the ants problems because they are everywhere even on bed.

I was stay at B2 villa. It's nice place. One house with two bedroom, living room, and kitchen. completed with carport. Near Jatim Park 2 and ecopark.

OK villa but terrible service. We stayed in one of the villas called villa 10 which is about one km away from the main site and reception. The villa is a good value for the price, relatively spacious, clean enough if you're not too demanding. You won't find much by walking distance but if you have a car the location is very good.
However maybe because we were away from the main site, the service felt really unprofessional. Water and electricity were constantly posing problems and we always had to call several times for someone to come. Cleaning was also only done after numerous requests and insisting. Once they even forgot to lock the house after cleaning and it remained open the whole day!
You may want to check something like Airbnb instead, as no service is better than bad service...

Nice place to stay, the price isn't expensive at all. staff is really good, bedroom+bathroom is clean and near to museum angkut-jatim park-bns. The food is good and too cold at the night although without AC. Overall, i will be there if i go to malang again:)

room was good,food need to be improved,and for the staff really need to react faster,need to wait several minutes to be served on breakfast and I go back to room coz no one come to our table so we make room service😑

Good choice for staying with minimum budget. This hotel has good location in batu for it's close to Jatim Park, musium angkut, and alun-alun.

Harga bersahabat, lokasi bagus, udara sejuk, ada penyewaan motor dan mobil, ada shuttle dari stasiun, makanan enak dan terjangkau, perlu ditingkatkan mengenai keberaihan lingkungan hotel, dan handuk dan sprei

It's an okay place... Kinda old, but for the price, you wouldn't expect much.

Located 100m from museum Angkut, you can walk. 5minutes driving to Jatim park 1 and 10 minutes to Jatim park 2. Cozy rooms, good food (good price). No need ac, air is cool. Friendly and helpful staff. I would defenately come back here on my next visit to malang for this price...
