I don't know, this place is just awesome! Went there for a short staycation with 2 of my girlfriends. The place is easy to reach. The receptionists welcomed us very nicely. Got a super duper large and comfy room on 2nd floor with great view and great atmosphere! There was no AC, but no problem at all because the cold weather of Batu City will welcome you. (To be honest the blanket was thinner than I expected). This hotel is doing great with their concept as eco hotel. We didn't even go out anywhere, just stayed at the hotel, walking around and busy taking photos at any spots because everywhere was georgeous and.. instagrammable! Lol. Breakfast was good as well but there were not so much choices, but still, good! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will come here again for sure! Keep up the good work!

VERYYYYYY NICEEEE PLACEEEE will totally come back here. So much love. A bit pricey but worth the price. If you want to have a quite relaxing time please stay here. The place is eco friendly. Really nice omg

Good place for relaxing, room is clean, bathroom is clean and the people are nice. Reasonable price for room and food. Quite nice and calm in the cottages area. Feels like really living in a village.

All about green landscape and blue sky. All you need to get amazing scenery is just come here. Bring your camera. And get your fresh air. Staff ? Absolutely friendly.

The place is beautiful! We also love the scenery from our room on 2nd floor. But the whole place is not too child (toddler) friendly.
Only 5-10mins away from main attraction in Batu city

Kampung Lumbung hotel gives unforgetable memory for my family to spend holiday in Batu. Experiencing Back to Nature holiday theme convey us to enjoy Beutiful views from this hotel with Eco Friendly style.
Swimming in the pool with natural water give our daughters different sensation like swimming in jakarta.

This is the best hotel/resort I've ever visited, the view, services, uniqueness are beyond expectation, even the price is quite cheap for this price range, well maybe because I booked on workdays and luckily got the cottage one.
There are some of cons but this is small compared to pros, when you take a shower or dump there is window to the main bedroom,it has curtain but it's still see through, not good if you need privacy when taking your business :D

the location is in front of the main public road and a lot of tradisional food there. mosque is close behind the hotel. the environmental or climate is very excellent, cold ( avg 15 degree) romantic, natural. what else?, hospitality, food? excellent. if you go to this hotel by car and you can park your car near to your room/vila. there are three swimmming pool, free wifi, TV, hot & cold water, outbound. distance from hotel to recreation places such as jatim park 1 or 2 is around 5 to 10 minutes. you can see the beautiful bromo mountain from hotel.

Excellent hotel, very kind staff, and a very high level of service. The decoration is amazing, the atmosphere is in general very green and relaxing. The garden is as beautiful as on pictures.
Then this is a bit difficult to get out on foot but this is Indonesia :-)
During Ramadan, you can enjoy the enthusiasm of the several mosques around the hotel.

Nice and relaxing place for family or couple... there are some minus which is no phone, distance from receptionist to room too far, but overall its good... highly recommended place

It's not a 5 star hotel, but you'll fell like home. "Home" means homey ambiance, home food and also home hospitality with breathtaking scenaries as a bonus for you. For backpackers? Don't worry this hotel have some packages which will suites your budget as well.
This hotel is not for those luxury freaks who just commented bad things without any justice to the money they've paid for this affordable hotel.

4.5 I had to round up to 5 but in reality this hotel isn't quite prefect only due to being spoiled by luxuries. The hotel is quite basic but comfortable and clean. The building is still new but the theme is eco friendly and traditional Indonesian style so the looks kind of seem old.
There's no AC or fan but surprisingly it wasn't hot at all if you're already used to the Indonesian climate. The room does however come with hot water which is a plus!
A few more positives and negatives, I know people don't go to hotels to watch TV but sometimes it's nice to kick back after a long day of sightseeing and watch TV, well it's great here cause there's HBO on demand so there's at least 100 films and TV shows to choose from but the only negative is that the TV is way too small. The pool is spacious and clean as well, there are two! And to top everything off the rooms all have their own individual wifi router. The speed is not too bad for Indonesian standards.
When I come back to Batu I might certainly stay at this hotel again. I recommend this hotel highly.

Beautiful, quaint hotel with a traditional interior. The hotel may lack modern hotel amenities like flat screen TV, high speed WiFi, and comfortable spring bed. But it makes up with exhilarating morning experience as the sun rose through the beautiful landscape.

Great hotel. Helpful staff, good food, interesting concept, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful swimming pool. They also have spa and massage service. On my stay there the hot water doesn't work but it was no big deal to me. If I talk to the staff they probably can fix it, but I didn't.
