Showing its age in every way. Clean-ish. 220000 for double room, a/c. Sad "free" breakfast; prison gruel and hard boiled egg. No Wi-Fi in room, but ok in lobby. Acceptable for a night when better options are full.

This is the best cheap option in the city. Optimal prices, relatively clean rooms, good location.
