This is a boarding house which rent rooms to occupants with reasonable price mostly on prepaid monthly payments, but they also accept occupants who want to stay for shorter time such as weeks or days, but on prepaid payment schemes. The facilities are good including bed, AC, hot shower, dispenser, etc. The parking lot is wide enough.
