We had a really bad experience in this hotel. We went to Kei in wet season so there was some rain. One day we went to sleep and we woke up with the room really wet because of the old terrace door that can't contain the rain.
The breakfast coffee and sugar had ants (no joke).
They put a menu on the room but if you ask for anything they have nothing available.
The restaurant on the rooftop didn't have fish (which is the 30% of the menu) in the 4 days we stayed there.
The staff is nice (they don't speak English but they are as helpful as they can) but the hotel need huge investment

Very badly and cheaply built, noisy rooms, and horrid staff, specially the manager, who claimed having studied in switzerland. While we planned on staying for a week as the weather was too bad to go to the beach, he rebooked our rooms and informed us at 11 that we had to check out at 12, basically kicking us out. Worst host in 6 weeks in indonesia, and a shame for the Lausanne hostel school.

This hotel is cozy. And the staff are friendly. There is restaurant with very delicious food.

Nice hotel close to the centre of Tual. Easy to reach. The rooms are ok it's clean. They have a lot of choice of rooms. A nice bar on the top of the hotel with a beautiful view on the city and the river. The prices are a little bit high for what it is.

Not western standards but the classic style of the Hotel is really nice and from the bar on the roof you have a great view over the City.
There is a free shuttle and at the moment they are building an elevator.

For western people its not easy to find in kei island the type of accomodation you might be used to in for example europe. With this in mind i can assure you that syafira hotel in langgur is one of the best options to stay in kei island. Prices ranging from 25 to 80 euros a night and a good location, syafira offers its guest clean rooms with bathroom, a rooftop bar with a good view and even small karaoke rooms for an entretaining night!

Electrical plug only one and tucked away, tv placement make your neck stiff, leaking water pipe, view of the wall

Pengalaman menyenangkan tinggal dan ikut program tour kei dr hotel ini.staff hotel yg informatif. Tapi kurang pas karna 2 hari hujan di sana

ke kei islands adalah suatu perjalanan yang panjang tapi sangat menyenangkan. hari pertama kami menginap di sebelah hotel safira karna rekomen dari supir taxi bandara. karna kamar pengap akhirnya hari ke dua sampai ke 4 kami pindah ke safira hotel. yang buat kesan baik hotel ini adalah pelayanan yang ramah & cepat, sempat kami berpikir sarapan nya mungkin sma dengan hotel sebelum nya. tetapi ternyata lebih banyak pilihan breakfast nya. tapi kekurangan hotel ini cuma di parkiran, kami menyewa mobil disana untuk berpergian, tapi susah untuk parkir karna hotel lagi ramai, apalagi kalau malam pengunjung cafe dan karaoke keluarga nya banyak yang datang. overall pelayanan 98%. nyaman 70%. makanan 75%. area karna dekat toko dan tempat makan murah 80%. thank you safira hotel
