Beberapa kali diperlakukan kurang enak (even got yelled at) sama beberapa staf kususnya di loket PA dan di pengambilan foto xray. I rate it 4 stars for a female nurse at lung department who always are nice to me (she deserves 5 stars). I really really appreciate it. Pasien cukup terpukul dengan diagnosa2, seharusnya pihak pelayanan kesehatan juga memperhatikan psikologis pasien dengan memberi pelayanan yang menyenangkan hati. Imagine this.. if you got diagnosed with a chronic disease, and doctor said you need a big surgery; afterwards you got treated unpleasantly. Your day would feel like hell yes?
Patients need (emotional) support
Some try hard just to smile
Please don't mess up their mood.

Di loket antrian awal, pasien tidak di beri penjelasan untuk mengambil dan mengisi kartu berobat. Waktu di panggil, petugas langsung tanya mana kartu berobatnya. Untung saya inisiatif siap-siap ambil satu taruh di saku. Tidak dapat mengefektifkan waktu.

At this point I would like to tell you about one of the major hospitals in the city of Malang. This hospital is a large hospital which had served as a referral from another hospital if there are patients who are required to obtain special handling and better.
Location of General Hospital dr. Saiful Anwar is very strategic because it is located alongside a major road which is the main street hospital is very large building, consisting of several buildings of differentside.
In my opinion, this is a very clean hospital.Because I see a lot of cleaning officers who clean it every where. I saw none of the scattered carelessly discarded trash, I guess it was because the visitors also comply with the rules for not littering, and also the officers who always alert to clear the rubbish.
In addition to its cleanliness, visitors also presented the beauty of a small park located in the area behind the hospital. Their fish pond and a small bridge amid the park was also a plus for visitors who really want to relax there.

I am not telling you I love this place because its mean we are sick..hehe.. But as one of government hospital, I can say this hospital is well-run. Easy to go there. If we are coming from outside Malang, we just simply reach this place by taking public transportation (angkot) 'AG' from Malang Bus Station.

The doctors are totally care about patient's health issue. They deeply check our health problem. They service us professionally, with care, carefullness, and friendliness.. :)

Supposed to be the best hospital in East Java, but everything in this place is wrong. Doctors just care about their regular jobs without deep knowing their patients. The staffs are terrible, unmanaged parking lot, and rude - unprofessional security officers.
