Serius, bener2 kecewa sama yang di bagian depan. Tiap kali saya rehab, selalu saja berkas datang ke poli rehab sangat amat terlambat. Sering saya samperin bagian pemberkasan, jawabnya, ini masi saya kerjakan tadi numpuk. Ya kali mbak, kalo dari tadi situ kerja juga gak bakal numpuk. Saya taro berkas 12.30, eh 14.30 berkas baru nongol di poli rehab. Menyedihkan. Bukan saya aja yang merasa kecewa, banyak kok pasien poli rehab yang uring2 an tiap siang gara2 nunggu berkas. Padahal pelayanan poli rehab bagus banget, sayang gak di imbangin sama bagian pemberkasan.

A friend need immediate medical treatment, it's a kind of emergency situationbut the staffs are too slow, seems they are so confuse, nervous, and don't know what to do to the patient.

Pretty good service & simple procedure to use insurance, but need to maintain the cleanliness better.

Service lambat. Infus BERKALI-Kali MACET. Darah smpe kesedot diselang. Pelayan bagian makanan gak kooperatif.
Baru bilang 'mba bisa minta tolong sus...'
Udah dijawab 'nanti ya saya beresin mknn dulu'.
Lha saya jg gk nyuruh dy saat itu jg kli.
Dy bisa tau saya butuh bantuan apanya, klo ngomong dipotong.
Proses obat lelet.
Saya hrs nunggu lbh dr 4jm tggu infus bru dgn alasn Apotek bla bla hingga jm set 1 mlm. Pdhl saya butuh cairan.
Mndg rs univ (tlogomas) deh. Cpt.plynn duluan .totaln blkgn.profesional jg. Prwt + krywn ramah dgn pasien

Servicenya gak jelas....sudah bayar tapi gak jelas kapan dipanggilnya. Semuanya serba manual dan semua serba dijawab enggak tahu....bikin antrian aja gak jelas gimana bisa kasih obat yg jelas
