You should get what you paid. But not for this homestay. You need to pay way too much than what you deserve to get!

Parkir malam susah, gak ada satpam yang mengatur dan menjaga...keamanan kendaraan sangat kurang.

Good location, almost in a walking distance to some favorite spots like Lai Lai, MOG, Mdm Wang's, Cyber Mall, etc. I love their family room with 3 beds, it's nice to be able to sleep properly with your family in one room.
They have cafeteria next to it, so food is easy. Even if you don't like the cafeteria, many unique café is near and you can choose anything you like.
Not much to praise from the facilities, though. The bed is good and comfortable, but the bathroom is a bit dirty. Amenities are clean, though. Wish they can improve the hot water and internet connection.

Ini adalah sebuah homestay & resto tapi fasilitas sekelas hotel ditambah lokasinya yg strategis di area boulevard pemandangannyapun nyaman, rindang dan sejuk pokoknya recomended banget. Terutama dilihat dari balcon lantai 2&3 kita bisa pesan makanan yg super enak d restonya terus kita bisa makan santai di balcon dengan melihat pemandangan yang indah dan asri
