Good service, the doctor, nurse. Yet the queue at pharmacy unit wasn't good.
And I have some advice. For the nurse, when previous patient still have consultation with the doctor, please don't grab my time by giving another patient data to the doctor.

I take my children here because of the good quality of the hospital and the doctors. My only complaint is the schedule of the doctor. I do understand if sometimes the doctor has emergency, but isnt it easy to just notify the hospital when they are late, how long will they be late, so the patients dont just wait without any explanation. Almost never the doctors arrive on schedule. Other than that the service is great.

Great place for your sickness to be examine. Although the hospital was a maternity hospital, recently all branches in wide of indonesia was became general hospital with specialize in maternity. The facility for maternity was quite adequate and good. But few of nurse and admin employee was look not so professional to handle the patient but just a few though. Overall this is my one of recommendation hospital when in malang.

Payah..sistem antri resep dari IGD langsung, harusnya di respon cepat sama adm apotik..baiknya tanpa antri /jalur cepat.mengingat kondisi pasien hrs segera minum obatnya...saya ke apotik,bilangnya harus antri sesuai urutan..lupa namanya. Pasien2mei17.kecewa dgn alur sistemnya..harap perbaiki alur2 sistemnya..kasian yg lain2..sdh sama pasien, sama anak2 belum makan,harus turun naik..nunggu berita adm apotik gak ramah..

Untuk pasien baru ketika daftar tidak ada no antrian, jadi siapa yg dulu bisa samperin resepsionis ya itu yg bisa daftar duluan.
