I usually gave max. 4 stars for a place, since I believe there must be something could be developed, but not this one. This place exceeds my expectations. Definitely the best hotel in Malang. Marvellous, Harris Hotel and Convention!

Well So let's start with the Location itself...not to far from the town square or the Airport....Well trained and polite staff...decently priced rooms..won't hit your pocket too hard...The food is really good... Had a good time here...looking for 4☆ treatment with a 3☆ pricing...then you won't be disappointed...Cheers for now

Great place and services. My family went here to swimming, 95k for adults and 65k for child, free towel, fried rice/fried noodle/pizza, fruits and drink. Worth the price

This is one of favourite hotels in Malang. It has a lot of beautiful instagramable spots. One of them is pool, which become the center of hang out activity there. I love the foods. They offer many taste experience: western foods, local foods and snack (angsle, rawon), potatoes, etc. This hotel also has convention hall and meeting room. The minus side is the access from main road is too far (about 800 meters).

Staying in the villa.
Best experience so far. 2 bedroom with small dry kitchen . The villa is very functional. Good for 5 person family member. It is very worth the money.
So far the villa room its very clean. They just need to maintain the quality and maintain the place to be top notch hotel room.
On the side note of the villa,its on the outside hotel, so if you travel with the kids or in rainy days, it is very hassle because you cant park the car in front of the villa. And the buggy service also not helping either.
Went in and tried the spa. All i can said forget about it. They need to maintain the standards The spa bathroom also very old and never been taking care of. Shower not working. And the place bit overused.
The masseuse also not capable of doing their job. Need more training.
Oh and another notes the breakfast buffet it’s need to be reviewed.
How can the chef cook bad fried rice and eggs.
It is very blend and plain. Is very basic 101 hotel standard food.
For 95000 per person better find some other good GO-Food breakfast.
its a good place room and hotel just need to up the standards. 👍

Salah satu hotel yang punya area hijau banyak, berasa seger banget ketika berada di hotel ini. Beberapa kali kesini tapi kemarin untuk urusan kerjaan, yaitu jadi vendor photobooth untuk acara sumpah dokter UMM (jadi disini bisa dipakai untuk beragam acara gitu deh.
Untuk lokasinya nyaman karena berada di area perumahan yang 'hijau', bisa sewa sepeda buat olahraga ringan sambil lihat pemandangan yang seger-seger.
Yang menarik adalah area kolam renangnya yang bagus, dan kids friendly. Bentuknya bagus nggak kaku, lalu ada perosotan besarnya. Rindang juga jadi nyaman.
Agak minusnya cuma dibagian jalan raya menuju lokasi yang sering macet banget. Dan kalo mau ke arah balik malang susah kadang kalo udah macet, tapi bisa diakai dengan lewat karangploso.

I love the pool with infant pool which suitable for my lil baby, unfortunately second pool with sliding is under maintenance. It's been 2days since i get here
Overall I recommend this hotel and will get back again :)

Spent the best part of my fortnight due to work commitments here.
The staff were friendly, decent place to live, customer service was on point.
I can't really live away from home that long but this is the hotel where I'll be the next time I'm in Malang.
Great food, good music, chilled restaurant/bar within the hotel itself.
There's a ping pong table, gym and a fancy pool too!

A place with child friendly, good food, nice n friendly staff, good swimming pool too bad not a lot place to sit down n relax near kids pool. Over all a Nice and cozy place. Keep up the good work.

Overall, Awesome! Friendly staffs, sinom welcome drink, big room :All of them are non smoking room. You will be charged 1 million if they found you smoke in the room! They had provided smoking room near the lobby. Internet corner available. Parking area is wide. The breakfast is fine with the river view. Highly recommended!

big hotel, the place is far from the main road. great if you want to stay in quiet place. but the staff is mostly teenagers and isnt well trained.

luxury hotel but lost glory, not everything works but water does not get very hot. buffet breakfast extensive and good. many, friendly and helpful staff. good place to be with children.

By far. The best hotel in east java to bring your kids and family. I am not a hotel person. But if you want to visit malang with your family this hotel is a must go. With the facilities and size i can say that this is more like a resort than a hotel. And the price is amazing. You get cheap price if you book early. Rate: 10/10

Great hotel with clean rooms, free WiFi, three pools (adults, kids and small kids) one of which with a slide. The restaurant serves larger (normal size for Dutch) size portions of great quality and has both Indonesian and Italian food. Service was good though not spectacular.

It is located near the Malang airport, but far from the city or Bromo. The complex is nice tho. Clean, green, nicely placed. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is very good. They have activity space, bar, and pool also. I saw a big lizard too the other day, so it is suitable for people who wants to be quite near nature.

I had a great time here with my co-workers and their families. This hotel is suitable for families with kids, because they have kids pool, playing room, and other outdoor facilities. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, with a good range of menu selection.

4 star character .. nice room..nice pool. Very big parking area..sound from outside door easy hear inside..even sound the bath on top floor it all hear clearly.. bad sound proof .

This modern hotel is located in the north of the city. Entering into this hotel, we had to pass through a leafy residential first, with a beautiful layout. Convention center owned medium size with a capacity of about two hundred people sitting, sixty people for a gala dinner. The service here unfortunately mediocre, but the food here is pretty good.

We recommend Harris Hotel Malang is the best place for MICE (Meeting - Incentive - Convention - Exhibition) event at East Java area.
Having all facilities to accomodate guest in large numbers, space for garden parties, spacious parking lot, nice climate, green area, and from here access to Batu tourist area or Bromo mountain are more easy.

the location of the hotel is located near the rice fields so that they can see the mountain landscape with clear, satisfactory service from the hotel, paired with room facilities such as internet stable and fast and fun employees. breakfast varied and delicious in the restaurant. shortage of the noise, the sound of small noisy and children running around in the middle of the night in the corridor of the room enough to disturb my sleep
but actually I love to stay at this hotel. and will come even if duty in Malang

Excellent hotel! The staff is friendly and the service is very good. Everyone is greeting you with a smile. The swimmingpool is very nice. The room is nice too. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Harris Hotel in Malang very much.

Great hotel, with great service and friendly staffs. A lot of facilities and outdoor activities for children.
There are gym, pool, playground, beach volley court.
The rooms are also spacious with fresh atmosphere, comes with reasonable price.
They also have a large ballrooms which can accomodate up to 100+ dining table party.
One of the restaurant there called A hyat abalone serves great chinese dishes you cannot miss.
The only drawback is its location is quite far from the center of the city, and in a crowd traffic especially in the weekend and holidays. But it is good for you who want to explore Malang
