The room is nice and clean, the staff is kind and helpful and they have a wide parking space and there's a Kayu Manis resto inside their area under the same owner.
But the breakfast food is average...

This hotel had such an unique ambience. Stress-relieve, and so comfy in every spot. I love the room, staying 3 nights but it was nice experience

WORSE HOTEL! We all stay all night without water, the staff excuse there were water trouble. They did nothing, no responsibility, not give any solution, not even apologized! The reservation desk dont even gave us notice about the trouble, and just let us check in without any water notice! Very dissapointed with the service.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, good service. Love the interior of the restaurant and lobby. Overall a good experience. 😉👌

A very startegic located hotel with good and responsive service. Have many electricity power outlet inside the room. Room amenities also complete. The rate is competitive as well. Recomended

Great location, has cable TV and soft bed. Not very clean, but it's acceptable.

Decent hotel, we paid a good price considering the quality of the rooms. The coffee is highly recommended. Some construction nearby but limited noise complaints.
