The coffee is really great! The food is also delicious. The access to the place is little bit difficult but the view is great. The restaurant is more like traditional house in Indonesian villages. Toilet is clean too

I'm not a coffee lover but most of my friends find it is a good place to have one.
Do really enjoy the local meals provided there.
Spacious one but still need more space for the crowds.

love it! crispy fried banana the most yummy snack. affordable price. good place for family or friends. can enjoy the sunset also. suitable for visitor who want to eat indonesia authentic food while enjoy the nature

A very recommended place for any meals. They serve great local coffee and a very savory traditional menu set. And the price is very affordable. They also serve traditional sweet banana fritters as dessert. And the best part is the have superb village view of the rice fields. Totally worth a visit especially after visiting Mt. Merapi because it's a bit far from the city center.

Suka banget sama tempat dan makanannya. Walau dapat dibilang sangat sederhana tapi suasana dan cita rasanya sungguh sangat luar biasa. Khas bangeeet... pertama kesini pas liburan panjang dan pas jam makan siang. Buat ambil makanannya saja harus antri lebih dr 1 jam. Terus nongkrongnya lebih dr 2 jam... kemudian nyabain jam sarapan. Tetep antri juga sih. Tapi karena membawa banyak pasukan, jadi lebih cepet antrinya. Karena ada yg ditugasin nungguin tempat biar nggak dipakai orang, ada yg ditugasin antri di bagian lauknya, dan ada yg antri buat ambil nasi dan sayur... bagi anda2 wisatawan saya sarankan jalur trip berikut ini: lava merapi tour pagi2 buta biar bisa melihat sunrise jika beruntung, lanjut ke ulen sentalu jika waktu memungkinkan, makan siang di kopi klotok sambil menikmati suasananya, lanjut ke candi prambanan/candi plaosan dan kemudian ke candi boko, atau candi ijo buat melihat sunset... ini jalur tour yang memang khas jogja dan mungkin akan susah ditemukan di kota lain.

Tempatnya enak, sejuk khas pedesaan gitu. Menu-menu makanannya pun juga khas makanan daerah dari gudeg sampai nasi megono. Harganya juga masih terjangkau. Yang paling reccomended itu pisangnya yang enak banget. Satu lagi untuk ibu hamil gratis lho. Tapi sayang kalau sudah rame tempatnya jadi terasa sumpek sekali dan antrinya lama.

If you want to choose a place with a very peaceful atmosphere, this place is the best thing you can go. It has a very good menu as you want to eat in a home. Their cuisine is perfect. The scenery is rice field with a very natural vibes. They have a good toilet and large parking area. Their best menu is 'Kopi Klothok' and the fried Banana.

Good coffee and snacks, also have nice traditional javanese dishes. Affordable price.
Cozy place to hangout with friends or just by yourself.
Good scenery (rice paddy) and authentic traditional building.
(PS: to the owner, please separate non smoking and smoking are. Not everyone okay with cigarettes).

Definitely it's a must go place when you're around Yogyakarta. The options of menu are quite simple and the price is really affordable but you cannot underestimate what the dishes tasted like because it's really that delicious! A true definition of Javanese dishes and I heard the cooking method is using firewoods. Maybe that's what enhance the taste.
Don't forget to order their fried banana, legendary! And what's interesting is they won't let you to order it for a takeaway. You should dine in to be able to order the fried banana.

Very love this place.. Tempat yg keren, pemandangan sawah.. Makanan jg masakan rumah, murah meriah, sedap juga. Penjualnya ramah2.. Pingin ke tempat ini lagi besok klo maen ke Jogja.. 😍

Love this place. The food are the best, delicious. It's very 'javanese'. The opening hours are 7am. Usually there is a long queue from 7am.
There are car and motorcycle parking lot.

Good price, although a bit crowded during peak hours. Must try: crispy fried egg. It may eliminate all nutrients, but tastes like heaven.

A place with a good traditional food, super cheap price, a natural ricefield view. A nice place to stop and eat. But will be extremely full at weekend. Avoid it! 😂

This place will be crowded during lunch time in holiday season. The price is reasonable. The food taste good. The coffee tastes good except if you don't like sweet in your coffee.

As visitor arise today there are problem with place to sit and parking lot. This lead to the concept of enjoying food n coffee around village or rice field. Is it worth 6500 rupias for two pieces of banana fries... Only you can answer it. But chicken fries is good among others

Nice food, homey style, location is not too easy to find but always crowded tho. The fried bananas and black coffee are recommended.
Unique rules here:
1. No take away order.
2. Any pregnant women can eat as much as they can for free.

I love the beverage offers here, hot ginger tea is recommended served with authentic vintage mug. Food taste are average, don't like the queues for just get the omelette.. if you come here at the lunch time, find parking lot will be a difficult task.

My husband really like the coffee here because its strong taste. I personally like the banana fritters. My recommendation is to come on weekdays since they are always packed on weekends and you'll need to queue for so long to get the food. Price is average.

If you want to get a fine coffee, then you choose the wrong place. But the food is delicious and in moderate price. I would like to suggest their banana fried as the best in their menu

You're not looking for a coffee in this place. You're looking for a place that feels like home. Or you're looking for a place to relax your body, mind, and soul. Because the view, the ambience, and the service really can make you forget about the real world.
For the food, you can find lots of "homey" food, such as fried egg, soup, sayur lodeh. And the fried banana tastes really good that you want to order 5 of them.

Best coffee I have ever tasted. Cozy place with strong traditional Javanese theme with rice fields and mountain view. Remind me of being home with their juicy fried bananas. Definitely will come back here if I am around this area.
Unfortunately they do not allow take away.
