There are several destinations in this area. The old terminal Telogo Putri, Kindergarten park, Merapi park, Volcano Museum, Lava tour with 4x4 American Jeep adventure, etc. Quiet nice for the week end program

A good place to visit if you want to see the scenery of Merapi and around it, many cheap Hotel available to rent

In Taman Wisata Kaliurang, you can find a play area for your children, the atmosphere is cold and shady. You can find various photo spot to take picture with your family. i just dont feel right because the park is not well maintenance, and the shady and dark weather give a scary fell.
If you need some food you can find rabbit satay and jadah tempe. I like jadah tempe, it has a special taste

Fun park for families. Children under 7 would love this park. It provides flying fox, tree climbing, swings, and else. But the pool was closed last time I visited the spot. You can simply bring a mat and lunch for the whole family

Menawarkan keindahan alam, udara yg sejuk, air yg dingin dan kuliner yg khas Jogjakarta. Jalanan ke lokasi sudah mulus, tapi harus prima kendaraannya krn jalan mendaki.😀

The only thing that I love from this place is because the food stalls located in front of this place. "Sate (satay) Pak Tir)" is a must for you to try, their satay is the best one. Perfectly seasoned and cooked 👌👌👌👌👌
