I had bad costumer service experiences. As costumer, I didn't get good service there. Simply like "smile". Even, the officer can't control the tone of voice when reminding the costumer. Is it how satifying costumer? I just know that Pertamina has motto or something "3S (Sapa, Senyum, Sopan)". But I didn't find it in this place. :(

paling sering ngisi disini, atau hanya sekedar ambil uang di ATM Mandiri atau isi nitro.
Tiap jam 17:00 pasti antrian baik Pertamax atau Pertalite untuk sepeda motor pasti mengular.

Lokasi yang strategis memudahkan pengendara dari arah barat ring road utara Sleman dan JL. Raya Tajem melakukan pengisian BBM. Namun untuk pengendara dari arah selatan ring road utara harus berputar arah dulu (disarankan setelah melewati belokan jalan ring road yang berada di dekat SPBU tersebut, cari lokasi balik arah).
