Yo the place was lit. My laptop got shut down all of sudden the other day. Went there brought the receipt. Took only 30 minutes and it apppears their CS is trained for troubleshoot 101

I love the service here. Even though the place is quite small and located along with other store in an area but it is ok. When your Lenovo laptop or product is broken just directly come there as they will check online whether you still have time guarantee or not. They will give you update via message, and give the link to you to see the price and the update progress or your product so you dont need to ask manually through whatsapp if you concerned with the progress of the products

It is a nice place to repair your lenovo laptops, especially when your lenovo is still under guarantee. They will also help you even when your guarantee is international guarantee. My laptop needs motherboard and keyboard change after 1,5 year using, and now it is working like a charm. Thank you!

at first, I was reluctant to came here, since there are so many bad reviews, but after went to two service place and they both recommended me to go to official lenovo service center, I came here. Hmm, first impression is not all that good. The customer service is bad, the staff is so uncommunicative, maybe its my luck that I got the one who seems like he hate the world and all the peoples in it, because when I saw this other staff right beside he's not as bad as him, at least he smiles, you know. But the one who handle me, he's not really all smiles and sunshines. When I tell him the problem with my leptop, I doubt he's even listening, he's just nod his head and murmured "hmm..." And when I tell him which key that is disabled he didn't even check that. Dude, I mean how do you know what the hell is wrong with my leptop, if you didn't even check what's truly wrong. He said that they had to replaced them, I actually kind of scared they have to take apart my leptop I mean there are so many complains here that their leptop got worse when they replace the spare part. I just hope that you guys took really good care of my leptop, then you can reclaim your credibility (except the service, obviously, its already proven). If I got a good outcome I'll upgrade the ratings eventually.
*edit: my leptop got repaired pretty fast, it doesn't take one week actually, already test it and it works good

at the beginning they told me that it will take about three weeks to get my laptop repaired. The broken part was the fan. The process of repairing a fan takes 5 minutes according to several YouTube tutorials. After postponing the estimated time of arrival of the new fan several times, it finally arrived after TEN WEEKS (instead of three weeks). It seems like it was repaired well directly after the fan arrived but the intransparent processes in the background were ridiculous.
One day after 9 and a half weeks I received a call by a Lenovo employee who said that they found out that my screen is broken, not my fan. The next day I went to the office and they told me that my fan is broken (not the screen) and that the call was a confusion. There seems to be no communication within the company. At the end I waited 10 weeks until the new fan arrived.
BAD SERVICE.

Lenovo Thinkpad x240 yg awal masuk nyala displaynya. Setelah cancel service display ga mau nyala. Alesan dri pihak Lenovo service center Jogja kena mainboardnya. Penasaran dg alesan mereka (krn pada saat masukin service Lenovo Thinkpad x240 nyala) sy bongkarlah sendiri dan ternyata sy banyak mengucapkan terimakasih krn pengerjaan TIDAK PROFESIONAL ( banyak trdpt isolasi buat merekatkan spearpat yg tdinya sblm sy masukin bersih, serta ada bagian spearpat yg hilang). Sewaktu sy komplain pihak Lenovo service center tidak memberikan solusi: (1) sy menanyakan supervisor/ manager store ada di toko ga mb? (Sy tanya sama bag. CS dijawab CS supervisor/managernya tidak di store) CS masuk ke belakang untuk memanggil teknisi (20menit kmd keluar kalau teknisi lg makan kata bag.CS). Sy menunggu 37menit kmd teknisi datang, stlh trjdi perbincangan sy menanyakan supervisor/ manager toko kpd teknisi. Teknisi tlnp pakai tlpn bag.CS ternyata supervisor/manager ada di toko (bag.CS berbohong) (krn sy menanyakan lisensi kalau service center Lenovo ini memang resmi, menunggu hampir 1jam tanpa kejelasan yg pasti. Sy menanyakan lg ttg lisensi keabsahan service center tidak jg ditanggapi). (2). Krn pelayanan yg tidak profesional dri pihak lenovo service center Jogja (tanpa menanyakan ada yg bisa dibantu lg mas?) malah pada sibuk buka internet (muka teknisinya sudah salah tingkah, dari tekstur sorot mata, raut wajah, bahasa tubuh dia tidak berkata yg sebenarnya). (3). Sy pun berpamitan dg berjabat tangan dg teknisi yg menangani Laptop lenovo x240 sy. Dan tangan teknisi saat berjabat tangan dg sy gugup.
Note: sebelum memasukan service barang elektronik apapun it sebaiknya kita sbg konsumen harus mencatat dan memotret apa aj yg ada didalamnya (spearpat plus type dan serial number)
supaya tidak terjadi hal-hal yg tidak diinginkan. Terima kasih, semoga terjadi perbaikan kinerja profesionalitas di Lenovo service center Jogja ðŸ‘
