The room and hotel facilities were amazing. The best part is to watch the sunset in front of the hotel, is breathtaking! (The breakfast was really really good also)

Room was really good. It offers open bathroom with bathtub and separate shower area. However shower room looked sexy with glass doors but it clogged while bathing.
It has quite big pool and bar just next to it.
Service was really commendable. Sunset is best viewed on its beach. They even organize movie night for you.
I liked everything except for the clogging experience.

Nice quiet location for brilliant sunset! Lovely free breakfast with friendly staff and great rooms and swimming pool! Would recommend! Desy was brilliant! Xx

Stayed at PANDAWA hotel met some lovely staff members very welcoming and shown excellent hospitality and met a lovely person desi which I believe to be a manager of the resort she was very accomadating and professional and I would definitely stay again when I come to gilli love Mike and Jenna x

LOVED my stay here place was beautiful, bed was comfortable, staff were amazing wish I could remember their names! Played uno with them around the pool bar and they made us feel so welcome. Would defiantly stay here again. This side has the sunsets but not as close to where the main bars are but it’s only a 5 min bike ride away :)

We absolutely enjoyed our staying here..
Clean and comfortable room.. unique concept of bathroom 🛀 (half outdoor)
You can enjoy big round swimming pool and pool bar or grab your gears and go to the beach in few steps
Restaurant open for 24 hours so I had no worries about my tummy 😁
Hospitality of staffs are wonderful as they are fun, pampering, and always make you feel at home.
I also had chance to visit “Princess “, the little monkey 🐒
Special thanks to Ayu, Daisy, Febry and all crews for your kindness and understanding during our visit
We are pleased to come back and spend our several nights here again!!!

Well concepted resort in Gili Trawangan. Seems like in Jogja when you see inside the resort. The price is reasonable. But they provide only a few choice of breakfast menu

This place is amazing! Great for sunset, full moon party, beers by the beach at sunset. The hotel has awesome bungalows. The ones facing the pool are in a circle. Beautiful hotel would recommend.

My worst stay in a hotel. Stayed 2 nights. It's expensive for what it really is. Breakfast is expensive too and it's not included. You have to wait in front of them if you want your eggs or pancakes. Had a food poison from there restaurant; don't know if it was the uncooked fish soup or the spring rolls. My friends had pizzas from another restaurant next to it and they were ok. Staff is nice but they don't really care as you have to ask the 2 or 3 times, when you need anything. Only 4 sun umbrellas around the pool. And air con wasn't working well in our bedroom. Not happy at all.

this place had full moon party. was a bit crazy. Big DJ setup on the beach. bottles were handed out to college/high school girls pouring shots in people's mouths. Cancun vibe that night.

Good hotel, big rooms and everything was in working order. The staff are very friendly and the pool/bar area is great.

Not a happy vibe, I guess I was disappointed by the location. Area was quiet and far from everything. Beach you couldn't swim at, staff told me too dangerous. After walking 25 mins in the sun, the staff couldn't find my room , had to find it myself as the guy had no idea. Bike rental..nope they don't have any locks left....breakfast nope...not included, pay extra....pool only till 8pm...but nothing else around !!! I guess the resort itself was ok but staff were not that helpful

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, always smiling. They cleaning swimming pool every day.
You no need any cash/card if you order something, just room number, payable when check out.
Beach: Hotel beach, staff keeping eyes for personal stuff
Snorkeling - many many, beautiful coral...

They made my ceasar salad with mayonnaise and not ceaser dressing. It's a product they list on their menu they should have the right dressing. Good view though

Nice spot for the sunset. Staff are great and the food was lovely. It was quite quiet when we went and they let us use their pool which we were super grateful for, so thank you! Looks a great spot to stay too!

Havent been at the hotel, but at the cocktail bar und buffet outside at the beach. Actually a nice location but dirty. The cocktails were served in plastic glasses and tasted awful. Cheap, way too sweet and nasty. Buffet supposed to start at 5. Started 5:45. Had better food from cheap airlines. First time in my life that i only had one plate at an all u can eat buffet. 1 star because the staff is friendly.

The hotel was nice so was the staff however a lot room stuff already broke in this hotel and they don't repair or replace it

Hotel in a nice location away from the bustle of the town with great views of sunset. However we found the service often lacking. Often waited 20 mins or more for service at the bar when it wasn't even busy. They claim to have 5 restaurants/places to eat but we only ever saw 2 open. I know some other hotels in the island also charge customers to hire bikes for the day, however it would have been a nice touch if they were free to use for guests. Overall the hotel felt very over priced for the service we received.

Came here for sunset, and got pictures taken on the swings in the ocean. Photos to purchase were extremely overpriced, however, at 130,000IDR and despite the photo editing by the staff, the printer quality was pretty poor.

Beautiful resort.. I'm coming back next year... a bit far from central gili trawangana.. but thats what makes it a jwel.. sunset point is the best on Island..

During Holiday, understaffed. Service needs a lot of improvement.
Placing orders or even reserving spots or tools needs many re-confirmation, even then they let it being used by other guests...

In my opinion this place is way better then the overhyped ombak sunset.
Liked the daily fireshow.
