T B (10/08/2017 08:32) We didn't stay here but went for lunch and it was probably the worst experience we've had since arriving in Indonesia. The service was appalling to the extent where we had to find our own menu and actively chase a waiter so we could make an order. We ordered a starter of nachos and two pizzas; my wife's pizza arrived about 30 mins before mine and the starter at some point in between. The food was atrocious. The nachos were saturated in oil and the pizzas were a worse quality than the kind you buy for 99p in the frozen section of a budget supermarket. I would not recommend lunch here to my worst enemy.
