What a waste of time and money!!! 50k rp / person for ordinary and far beach. It's pink with filter maybe! Some says depend on the light of the day. Hard to believe. From Kuta it's 2-2.5 hours and from that it's 1 hour on war zone road. Not only gravel or dust. It's a pain in the ass for the 2nd person behind in motorbike. Some people met said they regret to go and more with hire a car. There's no restaurant. Only small local shop selling chip, instant soup, juice, etc.

Bring some snorkel equipment the best way to do this trip is to do a snorkel guided tour takes about 6 to 8 hours. Some of the best coral reef I have ever seen sorry no pictures of the reef..

The road to get here is HELL. 10 to 12 kilometers of dirt and graval road. Tourist will have to pay 50k per person while local only pays 10k. Now the beach is not that pink. Some might even say that it's not pink at all. I agree with the latter. The sea floor is fill with seaweeds. The water is pretty calm and on the weekend the beach will be crowded with locals. So my conclusion is, it's not worth the trip and money. Seriously not worth it.

Hell of a trip to get there but worth it. Beautiful little white sand beach with magnificent colored water. Worth a visit.

I have seen lots of beaches in many countries, but this one is the best, clear water, beaut sand, amazing coral reef.. I feel so lucky that I can go there anytime and we Lombok people are happy to share its beauty with others...

Super hard drive down here (8KM rocky road) - don’t go if you’re a novice motorbiker. Beach wasn’t pink. Much better beaches in Lombok, avoid here

It really hard way to go there. It took about 1 hour to drive in off road way. The road is so full of mud and its easy to slip off here. The beach it self is not as pink as it seems in some photos. Really tiring and time wasting. I suggest to go to any other beach that more accessible than this one. Except you had much time in lombok, this place not that really worth it to go

The sand isn't as pink as you may think it to be. But it wasn't very busy when we were here. There are some stray dogs roaming around. A couple of vendors selling some coconut water and snacks along with other drinks. Not much in terms of shade from trees. There is a short walk up to a view point and this walk divides the beach into two sides. There is some garbage and you can see some locals really trying to clean it up. Lots of people access the beach by boats. Great to wade around but not really swimming.

Private beach .If you go in the afternoon , you will not see the Colour of pink at the beach.Best to go early in the morning.Quiet and cosy beaches.. Clear water and place for chill .Our local guides caught fishes and cook it. Sweet and delicious..

The beach itself is nice, but not worth the 50k entry fee per person. The pink didn't really show for us, and the road to get there can't really be called a road. There are more accessible beaches, which are as or even more beautiful and are cheaper or free. Wouldn't recommend.

Lovely beach and quiet. Soft and clean sand.Driving there can be challenging. At the time there we were alone, then 6 boats turned at once up unloading tourists ! Time to move :)

I don't know if it's because it was cloudy when we went, but we couldn't see the pink effect on the sand more than a few red spots on the shore (from the reef). The road to get there is awful and you have to pay a 50000 fee per person. Also, Google Maps has the location wrong so ask to a local before turning right (around 20 min before the beach) or check Maps Me where the address is right. Nice cliffs and beach but definitely not worth going unless you have a lot of time to enjoy every other beach around.

Lovely beach & the sands color pink under the hot sun! Take around 45 minutes by boat to reach this beach, I think only one or two warung/cafe in the island so be prepare with extra food or water if travel with young kids!

This is probably the most unique beach in lombok island. The colour of the sand here is pinkish. The pink colour comes from tiny coral particles in the sand.
Best to visit here in the morning or late afternoon.
The beach is located on the south eastern tip of lombok island. It is about 3 hours drive from mataram. The road heading to the beach is quite bad though.
The beach is still in its pristine condition; meaning there's no accomodation, no proper toilet, no clean water, etc. So do come prepared.
There's a hill close by which you can climb to get panoramic view of the beach.

Beautiful beach with pink-sand. In this world just 8 beach have pink sand. One of them is pink beach lombok. But if you wanna come to this place the best time is morning and afternoon. And careful about the way because track to this place is so bad

Highly recommended specially pantai pink 2 (pink beach 2) because its unique sand color and still virgin beach. Not so crowded

I love this beach. It's so beautiful. But i recommend you to come before noon. Coz you can still enjoy the pink sand.

I'm in love with the beach, but I hate the off road to go there! 😕
To reach the beach with a family car is a totally wrong.
Especially if you are pregnant.
It took about more or less 2 hours journey from Lombok new international airport.
However, its worth it to feel the pink sand on your feet.
Ah, please, consider to throw your rubbish in bin. Cause there's so much irresponsible tourist who threw rubbish everywhere around the beach. 😡
If you can't find the bin, please consider to bring your own rubbish with a plastic bag, so that you can throw it in everywhere you see a bin.

Wuaw.... So sexy beach.... The sand was very soft with the pink colour.., the water very fresh... Make my eyes really enjoy. I'm enjoying my time times here...

Nice beach, doesnt look pink, although if you look closely, there are red particles in the sand. Entry is 10.000 irp for bike. You can buy some drinks and food there. In late april there were almost no tourist just local hanging around.

Been here camping with my friends. Do not come in weekend, too crowded. Many people bring their famili with truck! Not only car. truck!

Not as pink as people mentioned, I was quite disappointed. Actually, you can go to this place by cars, but I am still grateful because the boatmen was amazing. He offers to buy fresh lobster with amazing price tags!

The actual beach is good but small. I can see the resemblance of pink-ish fine corals among the sands. Although the color isn't as pink as I expected to be - I did some research before I came here, the color was so pink on the images I saw on the internet. So a bit disappointed for me to see the not-so-pink beach. Plus, the beach was a bit dirty with plastics and leaves.
However, if you walk up to the hill on the right, the view was great. I spent most of time there sitting under the trees - bz it was so hot.
The road was bad - one part of the road was rocky and the other parts were full of holes and red soils only. I could only imagine how bad can it get on the rainy season 😋

The sun was very hot here. The beach was quite private. Though the sands were pink whenever after washed by the waves and got sun shine reflection. It is not far away from Tanjung Ringgit.

Do not get distracted by the other places in this area that are labelled pink beach. THIS is the only pink beach.

Low season and maybe that's why totally empty. Very calm but very long way with a scooter. People are so very friendly though.

The sand was GORGEOUS, it felt like velvet and was so fine, even though I arrived at 2pm I could physically see the pink hue, it didn't show up very well in my photos though. It was empty and quiet except for some locals, and the water was beautiful. There's even a cute little swing to hang out on, and tons of boats in the distance that make it so scenic. From Kuta it took 2 hours by motorbike, the first 1.5 hours was a breeze and quite beautiful, but the last half hour scared me so much because of all the gravel and dirt, DONT recommend for first time motorbike drivers, I got off and refused to sit on the back of my boyfriends motorbike at some points because it freaked me out so much, but he went slow and leaving wasn't quite as bad. Beautiful day, go early in the morning so you can spend the day there! Also bring snacks because I didn't see any warungs on the beach. 10K entrance fee I think

It is TERRIBLE to drive from the main road to reach the pink beach.
But worth the effort.
Go in the early morning or evening, especially shine by sunlight, it looks pinky.
Must take boat ride.

Besides, they will stop at Pulau tiga, and Gili Petelu. U sure will spend some time there taking photos.

Why did we call Pink Beach? Because the sands have a pink colour. We can see that colour in the morning, it's about 7 until 8 AM o'clok. There are 2 ways to go to Pink Beach. You can rent a boat, you go from Kuta Beach and you can go by car or motorcycle, but the road is so bad. Don't forget to wear masker if you go by motorcycle
