DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! SCAM ARTISTS!
We booked our boat transfer to go from Gili T to Bali with an agency in Sengiggi Lombok and then when we got to Gili T we found out that there was no boat at 3pm!
They all completely washed there hands of any responsibility! They either haven't got a clue what is going on with their operation or they are purposely scamming people. Probably both.
We spoke to many boat / agency staff at Gili T (never had a clue who is who, no uniform or idea of what role each person is doing, speaking to random people on the phone) and all were extremely unhelpful in resolving our "missing boat" problem, not giving any kind of refund, compensation or even any sympathy or apology. Very unprofessional and unofficial throughout.
They also scam you on the transfer from Lombok to Gili T. They make you pay 25k R for a completely unnecessary horse and cart to go from a cafe they drop you off at on the bus, to go two minutes around the corner to a boat.
And THEN some guy will grab your bag from the beach to take it to the boat and demand 50k R for the pleasure without giving you any warning that you're being charged. Just simply don't pay if this happens!
In the end we lost all our money and had to buy new tickets with a different boat company at the makeshift "ferry port".
Avoid at all costs!

I originally booked a different company but I was dumped at the office of Mahi Mahi Dewata. I paid 300,00 for a transfer from Gili T to Ubud. Although we were promised a drop off at our hotel, the driver just dropped us off in the centre of town, right in front of a taxi mafia who they surely are in cahoots with and who will rip you off.

From Lombok, to Gili Trawangan, Gili meno, Gili air, Lombok and then to Padang Bay. Owner told us it will take only one hour to get there. Paid 400k each, way to much. Hope we get a refund. Keep you posted. Boat smached against a pillar when leaving the docks without checking if something was broken.
Boat was overcrowded while moving between the Gill's!
When in Lombok, Persons on the boat were counted as it should.
Kotasi use Mahi-Mahi Deweta, look for reviews about the company.

Ripoff. This company is dishonest and expensive. Then the boat broke down. What was supposed to be a 45min trip took 2.5 hrs. Take the public ferry instead.

We were concerned about the safety of this crossing as it is commonly reported that boats sink or get in other trouble here, so we booked the "reputable" BlueWater Express from the Gili Air office. They very easily dropped the price per person from 790k to 500k. On arrival we waited for our boat but to our surprise we were picked up by the mahi mahi Dewata boat, this company.
No information was provided as to the safety features, no snacks or drinks. When we continued to pick up more people on Gili Trawangan, our boat was unsuspectingly hit by another boat which hit a hole in the side of our boat, somewhat above the waterline! The crew then continued to "patch" this hole with plastic bags and a small towel, assuring us that it would be safe (obviously we were worried at this point, but there was no way to get off without making a huge scene and demanding a dropoff on an island we didn't want to be).
Shortly after departure, on open water, the crew became more concerned with the hole in our boat as this back part sinks into the water as the boat accelerates. About halfway the crossing, 15km from both coastlines, the crew ordered everyone to move the the right side of the boat, for safety. By this point we were feeling really bad about the situation, crossing open ocean with heavy currents with a boat with a hole in it.
In total the boat took 3.5 through heavy waves to get into Padangbai, and we were glad to get off.
Then we were transferred to a car that was to take us to Ubud. This driver was easily the most aggressive I've ever seen, risking the safety of all for unnecessary overtaking actions to an extreme degree. In Ubud he refused a hotel dropoff, which I explicitly discussed with BlueWater Express at booking. At this point I lost my temper and after some raising of my voice the dropoff could be arranged.
In conclusion, this company is terribly unsafe, both on the water and on the road! Avoid at all cost!

Nie wieder! Boot 4h Verspätung! Unfreundliche Leute und man versucht einen wo es geht über's Ohr zu hauen.
Überall buchen, aber nicht hier!

Fraud - change the ship without information to another company, ships are delayed and flow almost 2 hours 30 minutes instead of one hour 30 minutes.

heenweg + terugweg beiden te laat (in totaal 2.5 uur extra reiskosten) met de terugweg mochten we niet op de boot omdat hij vol was terwijl wij gewoon voor deze boot op dat tijdstip hebben geboekt. boot was vol omdat ze mensen van een andere boot hadden overgenomen. conclusie: zonde van je tijd, ongeorganiseerd, en duur.

hacen un buen trabajo. los precios hay de todo. es mejor pedirle a un guía que les gestione el billete. puede salir 100$ mas barato
