Stayed here for 3 nights. Amazing relaxed place. Its out of the centre so not loud but perfect for an island getaway. Trust me the sunset from here is one the best if not the best. Staff amazing food great and owners really know how to run the perfect island paradise. Thanks to Grace and the team all amazing.

Great atmosphere, very nice staff, always smiling, and some delicious tapas. Also Sangria is very tasty. We prefer to eat local food when travelling, but came here twice, good value.

it’s lovey to sit here on the beach and look out to the sea. they have a tapas menu and we really enjoyed the baba ghanoush and chilli sambal. they accept credit cards but there is. surcharge.

chilled cold whole coconuts kept in the freezer for a great cold coconut Super great service. Kind waiters, good tapas

Favourite place on the island! Great atmosphere as well as fresh and tasty food. Super nice and friendly staff who take care of clients.

Great place for lunch on beach. Staff is fantastic! And sandwiches, finally a good baguette with tuna.
Good spot to sit on the beach, not by big so come before 10:00.
Snorkelling is just off the beach. Good turtle spotting bit to north point.

We stayed at Karma Kayak for a week in Sep/Oct '17. It is a beautiful hotel with nice rooms and a beautiful garden. The staff is really awesome and extraordinarily friendly. The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is delicious too. We had breakfast there every day as it was included in our booking and we had dinner or a dessert from time to time here. If you want to relax at the hotel's pool go ahead, it is nice and clean too. However, the water is a bit too warm. But who wants to stay at the pool when you are on the Gilis, right? :-) The only thing to critize in a negative way is the internet connection which is very slow and also not stable. So do not rely on the internet connection if you have to do an important call or whatever. Then you should go to the bigger hotels on Gili T and ask if you can use their connection for a short period of time. But I think the bad internet connection is a general issue on the Gilis so I am still giving 5 stars.

Excellent food and service. Was only eating at the restaurant on the beach, so I can't comment about the accomodation. Gorgeous view!

Small, cosy and quiet Hotel on the Beach... Very attentive, friendly staff! Fruit and Eggs breakfasts on the beach. Air-conditioning and WiFi in rooms. Watch the amazing sunset from the beach, which also has the Sun on it from Dawn until Dusk.

Bland tuna nicoise, no seasoning or tangy dressing just bland, tomatoes tasted of chemicals, tuna tasted 'fishy'. Toastie looked like a 5, year old had cut it and was just a plain bit of toasted white bread, no thought about presentation put in at all, which I would expect if I was whipping one up at home but not in a restaurant. They had 'mixed juice' option but wouldn't make me a mixed juice of the fruits I wanted even thought they had them on the menu, I always manage to get a nice nixed juice everywhere else I go so not sure why I couldn't here. All in all disappointing when the reviews are good, I'm assuming they're about the hotel not the restaurant alone?

Very nice hotel, good food and a nice pool. The beach area is very well decorated and looks amazing at night, especially with the fire. Breakfast and dinner at the beach here is totally awesome.
Big shoutouts to Harri (the surferdude), most entertaining waiter I met in my entire life!

Relaxed atmosphere, nice sunset view. Nice food and staff. Annoying repeat playlist (2 songs for over 1.5 hours...). Would give it 3.5 stars.

This was one of the nicest place on Trawagan. I didn't stay here but spent most of our week on the beach front. Food was amazing and cheep, staff very friendly and very attentive. Australian Manager extremely helpful with information and he allowed us to borrow goggles for free. We didn't stay here due to already paid accommodation elsewhere. I am definitely staying here next time.

I've only eaten at the restaurant on the beach, but it was really good, great food served fast. Ordered the tenderloin, unfortunately the waiter did not know they were out of the tenderloin. So the owner came up to us and apologised which in my book shows humility and food service manner. Ordered something else which was great. But I'm coming back for the tenderloin another day!
Update:
Been there 2 more times now in 2 days. Both for lunch and dinner, tenderloin was back. And it was great! Go for it! Also the seared tuna salad - amazing

Great place to come and unwind. The staff are super friendly and management do a great job keeping everyone happy. They also have an amazing set up at night on the beach with oil candles and gentle music. Highly recommend
