amazingly unprofessional staff and company
this morning I got call from my cust and he said that he cannot go on the boat from trawangan to padang baii coz they name is not on the list (really surprising me) because 3 days ago I just call this boat company and confirmation for my 2 cust who will derpature from trawangan to padang baii 8.30am this morning by this boat. when I call them 1 of the staff said "mam please confirm per sms with the ticket number and the name" then I did. so to get the call from my cust who panic coz they need to catch the flight was make me angry.
my husband make the first phone call and he just asking why my cust didn't come up on the list, and the guy who smart ass told my husband that he is rude, (ooohhh haallooooo, he just asking) and he hang up the phone, of course he call back and he give unbelievable rude answer and explanation (you will never believe what he said) and he said "you can't push me in the morning" and my husband said "of course I can push you coz you not put my cust on the list while I did what you told me, we even still save the text message we send to them" and my husband give up coz he didn't understad my husband said and my husband ask me to call coz I speak same language with them.
when I call the first thing I did is explain him the problem and he directly said "please don't yelling and be polite" nothing in my way to speak in the first call is unpolite and yelling and he just on and on talking without listen the problem what I about to ask. and finnaly he hang up my phone, of course I call back and I get piss off and finnaly I said I just asking you why u said I'm not confirm about the derpature of my cust while I text the confirmation like they ask me to do 3 days ago. and the answer is really like first grade student "look mam this phone holding by many people and different people everyday" from this answer you can tell already that nobody put my cust on the list and they clearly unprofesional by miss the text message from me. and I said "don't you hv the system?don't you know the computer?you should hv a system and input every booking in your list.
and he said "ooohhh we hv a lot of cust bla bla bla, nobody see your text" (lord hv merci)
finnaly he said I can put your cust in waiting list (not even know when the next boat derpature) and hey we don't wanna waiting coz what is in the ticket tht supposed what we got isn't it?
clearly in the ticket 8.30am depature and now after we did everything what they ask the give answer "WAITING LIST" (do I miss something or what???)
he still keep saying I didn't text confirmation and I said I have the text, I can screen the text and send you the screen via whatsapp or email and everything and he refused. and I was really angry so text them after they hang up my phone, I text them about 50 times about how disapointed I'm and how rude they are (I know it is annoying but hey,,,,,you ask for that)
and the feel it's annoying and finnaly the call me but this is also unpleasant text coz they not apologize but they said to my husband I acting like a kid. ( I think he drink too much mushrooms)
he was piss off of course but bottom line is this company is really unprofesional and the staff really rude, you guys can see how much time and energy I spent this morning to wrote this complain soo you can tell how rude the are and unprofesionnal this company. they don't understand about working system and the meaning of time is money. if my cust miss the flight to germany coz of them you can imagine how much money they need to spent again for the ticket back to germany.
I rellay hope this is the last time I will found company like that and whoever read this please take lessons from my bad experience with this company.
