We currently stay here the second time within 2 months and still like it - amazing value for money! Had both kind of bungalows and both are good, not brand new but still clean and good in shape. Had new mosquito nets.
Staff is so friendly, especially the woman! Good breakfast (pancake or omelette) and usually some fruits.

We booked here 2 nights and we asked for no smoking room, but all the bungalows smell like someone smoked inside. Even the sheets were smelling!! Fortunately they let us cancel our reservation but still it was disappointing.

We smelled smoke in our bungalow, the girl we spoke to was extremely nice and allowed us to change bungalow. The new one initially did not seem to smell but after some minutes we could smell smoke again. The pillows in particular smelled a lot, so we cancelled the reservation. The host was really nice and understanding.
For what concerns the bungalows, although decent overall, they could use some renovation: some of the walls were scratched, the wood of the entrance door and of the furniture looked really poor (which is peculiar in a zone known for the abundance of high quality wood and its wood carving tradition), the holes in the external wall for the ventilation of the bathroom were irregular and looked scratched. Furthermore, the glass of the entrance door was really dirty.
On the positive side, the bed looked comfy and nice and the bathroom looked spectacular, if it wasn't for the walls.

Un peu perdu a l'autre bout de l'île, il faut bien 20 min depuis le port et bien suivre les petits panneaux. Accueil chaleureux, petit dej copieux, laverie, bibliothèque et épicerie

Fine og rene bungalows. Varmt vann i dusjen. Veldig stabilt og raskt WiFi for å være på øya. Trivelig betjening om lager veldig god frokost og forskjellige ferskpresset juice. Det er kun 50 meter å gå til stranda. Her får en mye for pengene.

Хорошее место для того чтобы провести там 2-3 ночи. Чисто, аккуратно. Рядом пляж. Из всех вариантов на Гили выбрали этот и не пожалели.
