Budget accommodation, could use some work, cracked/broken tiles in my room, light fairly dim, room hot dispute floor fan. Wi-Fi was OK, got bounced off a lot and had to log back on, shower is cold water only and there was no sink. On the plus side it was a good-sized room with private little patio with chairs and table, quiet, far away from busy main streets but close enough to reach after a few minutes walking. I did not have breakfast but I liked that you were free to use the outdoor kitchen area, there was a bookshelf of books and public tables and chairs to eat or work on laptop. Water and beverages available at front desk (although cheaper at convenience stores down the road). Staff was friendly.

We stayed here few nights, rented the deluxe room, which is spacy and nice, but really very dirty and because of that unpleasant. The price is quite affordable for the basic and standard room althoug u have no warm water there. The deluxe room certainly isn't worth the price.
Apart from that, the workers are nice and chatty, they are also very helpful and relaxed.
In the morning we were cheered by a sympatic friend which seems not be alive but it prooved us wrong ;) - the big cockroach . The pix says it all

I stayed here with my friends during the #FestivalPesonaBauNyale2018 was held. The place is nice and affordable. It's just IDR 120k per room per night. The location is also very strategic nearby the main road of Kuta. Standard room fan and AC are available.

Such a lovely place to hang out for a while. It's a familiy business and they treat you as their friend. Very friendly staff can ask them anything and always help you out! Open kitchen where in the morning you can cook your own pancakes as many as you wish.

If you looking for cheap place to stay and not to far from kuta beach, you're in the right place. although cheap you'll not disappointed. The room is clean, and there is an open kitchen where you can make your own breakfast, really cool

Beautiful place and wonderful people, they're caring about you and are super sweet. had the standard room with fan and it was totally worth it for the price breakfast is included and done with Love. And super close to kuta beach :)

This place is so bad. Alright 120.000 for a private room with fan sounds appealing but the whole atmosphere is wrong. It smells bad, the personnel is anything but nice. They tried also to rent me a motorbike at a very expensive price. If you're traveling on your own, there is ikes hostel just next to it with nice dorm beds. It costs a bit more but a least it's a nice place

Beautiful place, relaxing and quiet. Clean rooms and garden. The houses are surounded by nice mango, papaya and chashew trees. The homestay is managed by an hospitable family they treat you well. No Restaurant but a shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals.
I stayed 18nights in one of the standard fan rooms. Comfortable but a little bit dark. But 80 000IDR/nights is a good deal.
I had here the best time im Kuta !
