The location is a great 5 minutes from town and 10 from the beach. There are three pools here and all of the facilities are very nice. The breakfast is high quality also.

The hostel is cozy, the room is ok and you can enjoy three swimming pool.
The breakfast is good but there isn’t a lot of variety( you can choose between eggs cooked in all ways or pancake).
Laundry service isn’t good, my clothes have been discolored and some of them remain dirty.
The hostel is next to the mosque and every 3 hours you ear the prayers ( even during the night), it’s a very uncomfortable sound, but in this case the hostel couldn’t do nothing ... only take it into account if you have light sleep.

Great place to stay. Yuli and her team are incredibly friendly and engaging. The rooms were clean, the AC was strong. Multiple pools, scooters available to rent, drinks available for self service, and good prices.

Poor experience.
Room was dark, only cold water in the room.
Staff was not friendly, bad value for money. For 50% less you can find much nicer room with hot water very closeby.
Also be aware that the mosque is next to the hotel, so you get to hear the prayer 5 times a day even during night (about 20 min each time)...
My recommendation is clearly to avoid and to look a few minutes away for a calmer and better value homestay!

I love this place! Their rooms are clean. And the staff are really kind and helpful, they always greet us and ask if there's something they could help. Unfortunately on the first day of our stay, the electricity were down caused by trouble on electricity terminal at this area. But they have prepared with generators to provide backup electricity for the homestay. Their pools are also clean. Highly recommended :)

Keep it tidy, natural and simple. Very close to center, but extremely quiet. Yuli is lovely and every employee is helpful in all needs. Even a relaxing massage at the place is no problem. Several pools, showers and breakfast places are available at her beautiful place. Thanks for the scooter and all services!!!

not sure what all the fuss is about. the pools and garden are great. but the rooms need updating, no fridge, no tv, old sheets, no blanket and no hot water. breakfast is good. but doesn't offer great value overall. airport taxi overpriced and the bikes they hire are dangerous. this was my biggest concern. the willingness of the owner to hire unsafe bikes to guest. got the feeling $$$ is first priority sadly. i booked/paid for a week, so stayed a week. very poor value vs bali, much better in kuta, lombok.

Great homestay. A bit of a walk from the beach but nothing unreasonable. Reasonable breakfast. One night a week, the local village women cook a dinner for a very reasonable price and it is delicious. Multiple pools in the homestay to swim in. Air conditioned rooms and kept quite clean. Honesty system for drinks from the kitchen.

Very friendly staff and spacious rooms but the infrastructure was s a little worn down. And this price segment I would have expected that all of the rooms have hot showers.

Lovely place to stay at if u r visiting Kuta beach. 25 mins from the LOP airport if u r arriving on a late flight. Very good service here. Rooms r aircond plus fan. Only cold showers though. There's a common area if one needs a hot shower.

Beautiful place with super friendly staff. Swimming in the pool after waking up and after long day was luxury and the breakfast they served was good.

Lovely Homestay in a beautiful setting. Nice pools and all very well maintained. My main gripe was the breakfast areas which were covered in fly's. This was because the cleaning of the breakfast areas was non existent. We stayed for 5 days and not once did they wipe down the tables or change the cloths after service. I should give it a 3 star really for that but the rest was very good.

Stayed here for 4 nights in low season (31eur/night or 1.8mio idr total). Compared to other accomandations in Lombok and Bali, I think it was a bit too expensive. Aircon is really good and our room (27) was quite big. A good closet for all the stuff, good lamps and everything. The bathroom was quite nice too and it was very clean. They made the room everyday, but we didn't get any fresh towels during the days :( It's nice to sit on the balcony or chill in one of the 3 pools. I wouldn't call it homestay, coz it's just huge place with 30+ apartments and you don't have this 'personal feeling'. Yuli has a lot of staff working at here place and the receptionists speak quite good English. The rate for scooter is 60k/day which I would say was too much (30-45k in town of you rent for more days). Our scooter was really old and I had the feeling that it could fall apart every second but it didn't during our stay. The WiFi is REALLY the worst we ve had during our 4 weeks trip in Bali, Gili and Lombok. Even when you sit directly next to the router it's slow, coz so many people wanna use it in the morning and evening. The cold shower in room were OK for me, my gf always used the warm shower which are shared by all guests. But they have plenty of them and they are really clean. The airportshuttle costs 150k. That's really a bad price when you get a private car shuttle in town for 60k. A supermarket is not far away but you can get water/beer/softdrinks at Yulis for a good price. You need a scooter of you stay here. If they fix the WiFi problems and be a bit more customer friendly when it comes to things like shuttle, scooter rent and so on I would rate it 5 stars. Breakfast was ok for Indonesian hostels/homestays and included for free. You can choose between egg or pancake, coffee or tea and juice. They serve a small fruit plate with pineapple, papaya and melon. The mosque didn't bothered us that much but consider hearing the prays 5x a day from loud speakers. If you can't deal with that, please don't travel to a Muslim country.

Nice place to stay. Good price, friendly staff and owners. Set around a peacefulcentral garden with swimming pool. 5 mins walk to central kuta. You can rent motorbikes here.

Mooie groene homestay met 31 woningen en 3 zwembaden. Fraaie kamers met airco voor goede prijs. Vriendelijk personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff! Cheap rentable motorbikes and scooters. Location is relatively quiet, but not far from the center of Kuta.
