I took all two types of its room, one with private pool and one regular. The one with private pool was worth the price, while regular room was not really satisfying. Price different was half between the two rooms, hence their facilities. Especially the fact that regular room has its bathroom outside, on the back. Open air. But the lighting was not adequate. Too dim. Breakfast choice was neither good nor bad.
One of good thing this villa has in this region is the private pool, especially for women who wear hijab.
In total, it was a good choice for budget travel.

We can’t recommend this place enough! The hotel is beautiful, expertly designed and very clean. The owner Alamin is a true gem, he’s so helpful and generous with his time and recommendations - he goes out of his way to make sure you have an authentic and fun Lombok experience! His staff are wonderful as well, so friendly and eager to help you. Will definitely come back!

Overall, it's overpriced so stay away if you can.
The patio is next to the reception where many locals hang out all day (and night) long, so don't expect any privacy!
Too many roosters around - be prepared to wake up before 7am. There is also a mosque and construction site nearby.
Only one electric plug in the room.
Relatively small (but tasty) breakfast.
Greedy owner asked for cash upfront but did't want to give me change back for 3 days.

Booked a villa with a private pool and wasn't disappointed! Absolutely loved the little house, the staff gives you full privacy but is always at your hand if you need something. Plus the breakfast is very good!!

This is quiet, clean and comfortable accomodation in pleasant surroundings. Each unit has its own private pool. The decor is modern, making good use of natural timbers. The air con is very efficient; all facilities functioned smoothly and the English speaking staff are helpful and welcoming.
