+ Decent room, nice little garden and pool, friendly staff, great banana pancake. Good value for money.
- Wifi not strong enough to reach the room, no daily cleaning of the room.
Overall I recommend, for the price you pay, it delivers!

Nice room, with AC, small pool and comfortable little deck to sit and enjoy breakfast on. The rooms were simple, tastefully decorated, but the bathroom only had a curtain for a door. Wi-Fi was intermittent while we were here so sadly move to another we homestay

Clean Homestay and friendly stuff. But we missed the door for the toilet in our accommodation.

Stayed in this place for a few night as we visited Lombok. Really nice place, fast wifi, the pool is lovely and the team is great.
The place is clean, easy to get to restaurants and bars, and super quiet.
I recommend 100% !

Great value for money! Very friendly staff! Rooms are cleaned daily(make sure you give them your key) and cheap scooter rental! Close to Kuta centre. So if you are looking for cheap place to stay this is your call. Also the breakfast is good.

- Quite far from the beach (although it really doesn't matter since the kuta Lombok beach is the dirtiest I know).
- Only cold water.
- They didn't clean the room once.
- In a very dark road with many scary street dogs.
+ You can rent scooters to go to the nice beaches more west!
+ Quiet location.

Very good value for clean + new rooms. 250k per night including breakfast and AC. Staff is very friendly and you can rent a scooter for 50k per day. You get to the dream beaches Selong and Mawui within 30 min.
