A tour guide takes you through the village and explains things. They have little houses and try to sell you textiles, the money is fed back into the village not the individual seller. It is however a quick tour if your not buying anything and it's not the greatest experience. It is also expected that you tip the tour guide. I would not go out of your way to visit this place unless you really have some time to kill.

Good tour for a really quick visit. The tour guide really well explained. You just need to pay as you want, there’s no ticket for entering this, but the people sell their handmade craft, those are really cheap and beautifull,i think the more we contribute to this kind of art the more can elevate their well being life. Lombok is a quite modern place (the infrastructure is quite well developed) but the culture also dominate them.

It's nice to see traditional village and talking with villagers. Seeing their craft and you can buy it there.

100% recommended. among other similar villages, I love this one the most. It isnt money oriented. I was welcomed by one of the guides, he explained everything in a very nice way, told me to try out every single thing I saw and kept telling me it was free. I really love the village. there is no entrance fee, all u have to do is to donate some money if you are willing to do so.

A must visit "traditional village" when in Lombok where the Indigenous Sasak People lives and still bound to their tradition - however the you can almost "smell" the commercialization of their handmade traditional weaving craft..

Sade is a traditional village in Lombok own by locals. It located not far from the Lombok International Airport, about 15-20 minutes drive by car. There, you will see traditional houses which have so many interesting stories behind them. The locals also sell handmade traditional fabrics which you can buy from them and many cute accessories with affordable price. The tour took around 20-30 minutes depends on you with the company of local guide. There are no entry tickets but you can donate as much as you want in the front gate. The facilities that are available in there are mosque, souvenir shops, mini market across the road, and clean toilet. Hope you enjoy your visit as much as I do!
