The structure is slightly decentered, 3-5 minutes walking from the two (literally) streets of Kuta that can interest a tourist, but on a fast and not illuminated road. As usual there is no sidewalk, but at least there is plenty of grass on the side of the street to walk in.
The room is small but big enough, overall nice, with a basic closet and a nice bamboo bed side table. The walls were a little scratched, AC was noisy but working. The bathroom was clean and very nice, with the shower separated by the rest of the bathroom by a small wall (which is a big plus w.r.t. the typical Indonesian bathroom with no separation of the shower from the rest of the room). Also very nice are the sitting areas in front of the rooms, with a bamboo sofa and table, and a couple of cushions to sit on.
Breakfast is a little scarce (choice of plain or banana pancake plus a drink, with extra food available for a price), but the staff is really nice and helping. They also rent motorbikes and arrange airport pick-up and drop-off for a honest price.
The biggest shortcoming of our stay was hearing the off key songs coming from a night with karaoke (or terrible live singers) in front of the hotel until 00.30 and the noise in the morning (approx. 8-9 a.m.) coming from the construction of a house in the courtyard of the homestay itself. A little contrasting with the name of the homestay to be honest, but we enjoyed our stay here overall.

We booked the Relaxing homestay for 5 nights via AirBNB. The feedback previous guests left was good so we decided to stay there.
Positive:
- not on the main street in Kuta and therefore not as much traffic and not as many tourists
- you can walk to the center of Kuta within 10 minutes
- very nice hosts who will also pick you up from the airport for 150.000 Rp
- they have several scooters for rent for 50.000 Rp but they do not have any petrol in when you rent them (but since you can get petrol everywhere this is not a problem)
- the banana pancakes for breakfast (included in the rent) are awesome yummi
- our rooms was very clean when we arrived
- the aircondition in our rooms was new so very quiet and well working
- you can buy beer and water directly from the reception which is usually staffed until 11pm (from our experience, may differ)
Negative:
- what you do not see on the pictures is the big house they are building on the site. They start working on it at 08:15/08:30am in the morning. Noise, noise, noise.
- they W-LAN only worked sometimes during our stay and was quite slow.
- there is a karaoke bar on the other site of the road. You can hear the terrible singing noises until late at night. HOWEVER, inside our room we did not hear anything. It may be different in other rooms closer to the street.
Conclusion:
Our stay was good for the price we have paid but until the construction site is not finished, I would not book again. However, good value for the price (we have had worse in other regions of Indonesia).

The best choice in Kuta . A cheap place to stay, friendly and helpful staff and very comfy rooms with a veranda at the outside of EVERY room. Breakfast included.
Relaxing is love, relxing is life.

Same as the name, this homestay is very relaxing. All staff is kind. Cozy place with very nice garden. Also, they have fairly large veranda in every room. Don't forget to try the Banana Pancake for the breakfast, recommended!
The places is a bit far away from the beach, don't forget to bring your mobile phone or torchlight if you're going to the beach and back at night, there were no lamp yet along the road to the homestay.

Good money for value. Friendly Staff, allways trying to be helpful. They should invest a little bit, alltough, the whole furniture had seen better days. Garden is very nice.

Nice rooms although a bit far away from the center of town. Don't bother trying out the breakfast. Everybody was very nice indeed
