Best beach in southern Lombok (on my trip then). The beach is sandy, U-shape so you can see almost the whole part of it. Waves are not too crazy yet not too calm either. Perfect to get wet. Although infrastructure is not as adequate as Kuta, but it's still not bad, the beach can cover that up. There are quite a number of locals on the beach area so you wouldn't feel insecure while enjoying the experience there.

soft and white sands, blue sky and clear turqoise water. the area still very natural, it is not easy to reach this spot. and i hope it will be maintain like this, so keep the nature beauty

it is a beautiful beach but unfortunately you'll get a kid every 3 minutes trying to sell you a bracelet or a sarong so no way to chill here I'm afraid.

TRASH EVERYWHERE
The road to get there is a bit rough, which would have been fine if we came to the beautiful beach you might see in all the pictures.
400 m ish before the beach you have to pay a 10k IDR entry fee. Don’t bother asking if you can check out the beach before paying. They know you’re not gonna stay.. we saw 3 different people arriving, go down to the beach , then leaving, just as we did.
The first thing you’re gonna see driving into the parking area are children walking around on a lawn full of trash.
In the middle of the beach there’s a long line of trash that’s been washed up by the ocean, the ocean it self was a heartbreaking sight.. Don’t waste a day going here, you’ll be disappointed and sad.

I like this beach a lot. Blue sky, white sand, and it also has a great view. But it is not easy to get here. Loveeeee it so much

Beautifull beach with its white sands, lovely surrounding scenery, relatively quiet but worth to visit during Ur stay in Lombok area, not quite far from Kuta Beach. Moslems visitors won't be worry to do their prayer during their visit since there's a little mushala + toilet available

Nice beach, quiet, with two typical and affordable 'warung' for a drink or a nasi goreng. One of the best beaches close to Kuta.

It's a beatifull bay with clear water and not a lot of big waves. Perfect for a day of reading your book and swimming.
BUT!
There are a lot of kids selling fruit... and they won't stop untill you "buy something please" It was really painfull to see, because we knew it they didn't had a change to do proper school and this was their way to earn money. But after a pineaple or three, you are full... and they won';t understand... Sounds like a funny story, but really, it isn't.

Very very very beautiful beach, the beach chair + umbrella are rented in here. Usually when you buy drinks they will give you discount price for the beach chair + umbrella rental. When you come there will be a lot of people come to you offering you to buy drinks to them.

Lovely beach! Really quiet. Parking a scooter cost 10.000 IDR but it is worth it!

Much trash in the water in front of the warungs chairs and on the beach. Would recommend to go either to the left of right site of the beach. Quiet there and no trash.

Beautiful beach, but some areas are dirty with trash. When there were also some pushy sellers offering coconut and souvenirs. They slightly disturbed the serenity of the beach.

Beautiful beach. Mostly unspoiled, only a few food stalls and vendors. Blue water and fun waves.

Gorgeous lagoon with plenty of sea shells on the beach. Waves are a little big for small children close to shore. Not many people but there are places serving food.

Amazing beach. Super beautiful. Would be 5* but the locals are very annoying. I don't mind supporting a local, buying something or even leaving a tip, but these people will rip you off any chance they get. No change given, or will pretend they don't have any. Bring small money. You'll be hassled every few minutes so avoid the middle section and go towards the left or right corner.

One of the must visit beach in lombok. The landscape is amazing, the sand is really soft.
The waves are pretty high, not suitable for kiddos.

Amazing beach! Just go early in the morning - I went there around 9 am and had this amazing beach just for myself. A couple of hours later it got crowded with local schoolkids and people trying to sell things..

Very Nice beach, beautiful view. Quite a lot of garbage and plastic in the sea and on the beach and Today there were a lot of very annoying children who wanted to sell you drinks and food and wouldn't take no for an answer.

Very good beach. Quite close from Kuta, you need only 15 min. with a scooter.

My 2nd visit to this beach (my first was 7 yrs ago)... Still awesome and feels like a hidden/secret beach because of the surrounding hills. Now there are more vendors and public toilets (need to pay up to IDR 5K for using toilets).

Water was like a huge basin, was scared a few times I'd be pushed by how strong the waves were but overall beautiful views. There was a huge tree in the middle of the beach for nice shade but I heard they were cutting it down for more space for warungs. Got cheap pineapple and corn.

Despite of the access and less developed environment, it has stunning view. The best time to come here is between June - September.

I love this beach, most of the beaches in Kuta Lombok are very peaceful, and I love spending my evening there while enjoying coconut water, the breeze of beach wind and friendly waves. It's not too far if you stay in the centre of Kuta, you need to pay IDR 5000 if you go to this beach by motorcycle and IDR 10000 if you go by car. For the coconut water you only need to pay IDR 10K. recommend!!!!
