Great concept but room maintenance is not up to par, the finishing on the floor are peeling and the toilet design is unhygienic albeit unique. Good place for a getaway with nice landscaping. Would give a 3.5*/5

I was quite disappointed with the hotel. It was the worst stay during my Lombok trip. I was staying in Sengigi and Gili Trawangan before moving down south to Kuta.
The hotel was far off from the town itself. Definitely not walk-able, though the hotel provides free shuttle transport (at a 2-hour interval from 10am), but they will only drop you off at the mart. Otherwise you can pay the hotel 50,000 per ride of your destined location.
The hotel itself was not in the best shape. Our room floors were peeling, which gave us the impression of a hotel that wasn't well maintained. I had problems with my room shower and the breakfast selection wasn't too good either. But I loved their freshly baked croissant.
Given that Kuta isn't as developed as other parts of Lombok, Origin Lombok is considered one of the best choices. Just don't expect too much when you arrive here. On the bright side, their staffs were all helpful and friendly and at least our rooms were clean!

This is a great hotel. We loved the room, good service, nice ambient and overall just suitable for family, groups or even couple. You'll enjoy good privacy here.

Great place to stay near Kuta if you have transport. This new hotel has comfortavle rooms and pkenty of facilities including 2 pools, billard table, bar, etc. Worth a stay!

Heaven on earth. We spent two weeks and miss every minute of it. Perfect location - just few minutes ride to busy Kuta and empty beaches. Wonderful place - huge area adds privacy, many different spots to tuck in for every mood. Stay in pool villa - they are massive and righ in front of the heavenly pool. Staff are doing eveyrhing to make your stay better. We’ll be back ❤️

The staff is very friendly and do their best, but the owner tried to deceive us financially so I would not recommend this place.

The resort was really big and spacious, both the room and the common areas. Design was modern and elegant. We liked the pool and bar area very much as they had a very relaxing vibe. However, they weren’t very clean and the resort is hard to get to without transport since there are no lights in the surrounding area at night.
On the night before our flight, we requested for the staff to help book us a cab for the following day. However, they claimed that it is not possible to book a cab in the area and told us that we had to use one of their drivers who charge a flat rate of IDR 150K. We ended up booking a bluebird taxi ourselves using the bluebird app. It only cost us IDR 100K to the airport the next day. We were very displeased by such dishonest behaviour.
Overall, this is a decent resort with good facilities. But the dishonesty left a very bad impression on us and we will not return in the future.

Great value but limited menu. Pool is fantastic for laps or hanging out. Not suitable for kids under 12

Really beautiful place to relax! Clean and tastefully designed rooms. Beautiful swimming pools. Delicious food. We felt really comfortable here. You can easily rent a scooter. Friendly staff. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you want to relax for some days and want to chill out next to the swimming pool or on the beaches around.

Stayed for 4 nights in September. Beautifully designed hotel where every detail is attended to, a rare find in Lombok. Clean modern rooms. Good food at the restaurant + breakfast buffet. Perfect for getting away from it all (but still has the best Wifi I've seen on the island, 20+Mbps!).

Beautifully designed, peaceful hotel. The staff are very friendly and they were happy to arrange bikes and taxis to make it easy to get around the island. Very spacious rooms, stunning pool and a great breakfast included (the banana pancakes are the one!). I'll be coming back here next time I'm in Lombok.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They really make the whole experience of staying here great. Origin is definitely a little out of the way in its location, but it makes for a nice quiet spot perfect for relaxing. The resort has plenty of options for transport for the surrounding area so getting around is no problem despite its location. The facilities are very nice, with well kept pools, a great restaurant and bar, a spa, and beautiful grounds. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. Origin Lombok is definitely a great value!

Beautiful and peacefull hotel. Very pleasant personal. Nice swimming pool. Possibilty to rent scooter, car..., spa, massage yoga. Nice break fast and good dinner. King size bed and big design room.
An attention for the room finition. Be careful not to wear the hotel like many hotels in Indonesia.
21% tax for restaurant and bar is too much.

Nice hotel, very clean,peaceful location. Disliked the breakfast,so ended up eating in the town of kuta. The staff that works here is very friendly and pleasant. They miss a "do not disturb" signe, since i dont like to trouble the stuff to clean my room. Would suggest to add in the room a mini fridge. Great pool, with warm water during the night, enough hot water in the shower. Liked the billiards table and the mojito at the bar. However prices are too high in the restaurant, besides you get a 20% tax.

Maybe some adjustments to be made as the hotel opened a couple of months ago.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Location a bit remote but very nice and peaceful, and you can rent motorbike at the hotel.

Bilder und Beschreibungen in agoda und booking stimmen nicht mit Hotelanlage überein. Das Hotel öffnet Juli 16 neu und vieles was versprochen wird, wird nicht angeboten. (Bin gerne bereit meinen Eintrag zu ändern, wenn Pooltisch, Bügelbrett, Palmen auf den Fotos gewachsen sind und das Personal geschult wird. Momentan stimmt Preis/Leistung nicht und 4 Sterne sieht man bei Nacht...
