We found Jivana as 5-star hotel. We really like it. Garden near the lobby has huge pool with fish and makes the ambience amazing. Small houses as bungalows looks so freshy and cozy with white colours. Rooms are specious with super confy bad. Each bungalow has own small greeny garden. Toilet is amazing. It is completly open toward the pricate garden, so you can be under the tube in the midle of greenery. It os very clean. Stuff is attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Siwiming pool has own small beacj with the sand. That's wooow. Only problem was bad wifi signal. I highly recommend this place.

Really beautiful, new resort. Nice, spacious room with extremely comfortable and huge bed. Clean. I was worried about open bathroom but not any animal came in. It was a good experience to have a shower like in the garden or jungle. The only negative is the loud call for a prayer which comes from different mosques during the daytime, started from cca. 4.30 a.m., but it's usual in Lombok just like in other Muslim countries. Otherwise the resort is very quiet. Staff is very friendly. Cocktails are good at the pool. Pool is unique, it looks like a real lake with its sandy shore and grass around it.

Nice staff very helpful and kind. Adrian (Manager) ans Bianca stood out. New resort, upgraded to a villa with private pool and love it. Lovely grounds, some big Koi in the many pond and the beach part in the pool is a nice touch. Kuta Lombok is not as busy as other destinations and I highly recommend it. And if you are surfer..... well you know already.

The 2 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5 and extremely comfortable.
The chicken curry was the best in Kuta and the desserts are magnificent!!

The Brand new Resort in Kuta Lombok, location was good and would recommend to stay here. Parking lot is available for car and motorcycle. Wifi connection also good for me.

Big spacious rooms, clean, indonesian mix style. Superb garden and pool area. It's almost unbelivable that everywhere is kind of dirty, but this place like an enclosed paradise. The only minus would be the service. Sometimes difficult to make yourself understood.

New place in Kuta Lombok. It.s really good altough not direct at beach. But don.t worry... with only 13 rooms it.s a quite, open air with beautifull garden higher standard boutique hotel and very friendly staff. Fantastic food also. Really recommended.

Très belle hotel tout nouveau. Atmosphère paradisiaque. Quelques petits problèmes de clim et d'insectes à l'arrivée dans la chambre, très vite résolus par un personnel au petit soin.

At the price you couldn't ask for more. The room is clean, big and nicely decorated. I love the beach sand pool. The breakfast is realy good too.

I loved my stay at this new resort. It was so peaceful yet only a short stroll from the action of downtown Kuta.
My room had such a comfy bed it was like sleeping on a cloud. The huge bathroom with it's outdoor rain shower had quality towels and toiletries.
The patio outside my room was a lovely spot to sit and read while admiring the beautiful koi fish in the ponds and enjoy an early morning cappucinno.
The included up market breakfast was awesome as was the a la carte menu thanks to the fabulous chef.
The gardens were a delight with new water features or hidden orchids to discover every time I went for a stroll around the resort.The staff were very eager to please, organise tours or full fill any requests.
The pool has a swim up bar one end and a sandy beach the other. There were plenty of pool lounges so finding a shady location or sunny place for sunbaking was not a problem. The biggest problem was having to leave Jivana and return home to reality.Thankyou to everyone at Jivana for a wonderful holiday.
