cheap price,big room, but ac leaking and the bathroom (include the toilet) is literraly inside the bedroom only have a low wall partition.

I know how people are divided into two different opinion about this hotel.
There's 2 room areas in this hotel, the pool side and the ex-karaoke building.
I really recommend the pool side area since it has window and normal room size.
And as the other one, the one that I stayed, well what can I say...
It used to be a karaoke room for groups since it has huge TV and huge sofa.
The room itself is ridiculously huge, have no window, and semi-open toilet.
And if you're lucky you may find cockroach or other bugs in your toilet.
I'm not talking about other facilities since the fundamental facilities itself is really bad.

The room was big. But the exposure from the lamp was so dim, not as shown as in the picture :)
The room was dirty. I found a worm in the toilet and an insect. Not a cozy place for a long stay.
The TV Cable was not working at all.
The (+) points are, it's cheap and alot of restaurant nearby the hotel.
I would recommend you to find another hotel in Kuta.

Electric went down when I was there. Bad food. Not a recommended hotel to stay

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The room is really big but not cozy at all! There is no window, the bathroom is not completely clean, the flush does not work all the time, sometimes the area around the toilet is floated. On top of that there is no basin! It is also a Karaoke Hotel that means loud music till late at night. Breakfast is ok but the menu of the restaurant is not satisfying.
But: we rented a good scooter (we had to get the helmets somewhere else) and the hotel is near to the beach, nice restaurants, ATM and supermarket.

Great location and the staff are awesome. Central to pretty much everything as far as chilling is concerned but a bit of a hike for waves by scooter. Plenty of places to eat nearby including the hotel restaurant. Rooms are well priced and spacious

This hotel is horrible. Rooms facility is in a really bad situation, everything is broken(door,phone,light,shower,toilet) maybe refrigerator are workable. And rooms is unclean, the grand are really very dirty, especially they don't provide slipper, what a ridiculous thing! How can a hotel won't have slipper? Won't recommend any more.

We had bungalows and it was very great, enjoyed the pool and it's close to many restaurants and stuff. Not so expensive if you want to pay yourself a little bit more luxury.

At the first, even the bathroom doesn't have a sink and the air conditioner doesn't work well, everything was ok. The stuff seems gentil and hotel delivered what they promise, but when we leave the hotel, we realised that actually we have been stolen, inside on our suitcase we had separeted our money to get back to the Bali, and about IDR200.000 misteriously desappered. It's such a shame for a hotel have this kind of behavior from their housekeepers. Safety it is something really important for the traveller.

We booked a flight in the hotel tour office with an unmotivated italian woman who told us we would be flying with lion air 15kg luggage included and that we would be picked up at our hotel (a different one). We waited for the driver for 20min, tried to call 3 times, but nobody picked up the Phone so finally we had to walk to the hotel with all our luggage (another 20min). At the airport we were told our flight was with a different, even smaller airline and only 10 kg luggage included, so we had to pay extra for overweight.
Very bad service, i wouldn't recommend booking anything with this hotel!

Got a cute little bungalow for 5 days, great location in btw tons of restaurants, but power in our bungalow cut in and out a lot, I think it was just the wiring in ours because none of the others had a problem. No wifi in the rooms which i didnt mind, and the pool intensely smelled of chlorine but was a deep blue color. Tons of other travelers there too

أسوأ فندق ممكن تسكنه
إذا أردت أن تفشل رحلتك إلى لومبوك فاسكن في هذا الفندق السيئ
الماء في الغرف ماء صرف صحي وهذا الماء ينقطع عن الغرف فتصبح بدون ماء أبدًا

Dont stay here. I am traveling with my partner and after staying in alot of very cheap, yet quaint, guest houses we opted for some 'luxury' This was not the case. Used condom packet under the bed, black hairs all over the places. Now I really dont complain much but, this wasnt good. Save your self some money and stick with a nice guest house or spend a little bit more and get a real hotel. 1 star is for the pool and breakfast was pretty good.

Some rooms are for sex only, no windows and strange disign. Not much power sockets and no near bad.
