I would rather not be this guy. As of May 22nd room #7 is infested with bedbugs. That isn’t the reason for the 2 stars. Bedbugs are an inevitable reality of traveling in Asia. The reason for the bad review is when I asked to not pay for the two nights he insisted I pay for the first one and then implied I might have been the person who brought them. I could be wrong but paying for the inconvenience of having to wash and steralize all of my stuff is not a great way to start ones day. The guy who checked me out was nice but after not being able to sleep all night and showing him the bedbug I managed to kill I am a little annoyed at being charged. Otherwise good location and without the bedbugs a good value.

It's cheap. Right behind a convenient store, which have ATMs there. Lots of restaurants all around. Room was basic but sufficient enough. Quite a walk to the beach, however you can rent a motorcycle to stroll around Kute. Oh and make sure you close your room's window at dawn and buy a small ridsect to kill the mosquitos.

Cheap and clean place. Friendly people and included breakfast 🍳 - you can choose between banana 🍌 pancake 🥞 and omelette. Scooter 🛵 rental here is cheap (Honda Vario) they also offer different tours, surfing lessons and shuttle services.

Very good value for the price your paying. Unlike comment below, didnt encounter any bugs or in our room/bathroom except for 1 musquito. Bathroom was clean, only cold water with good pressure though but that didnt bother us at all as it is so hot here usually. Great little garden with hammocks to chill and free coffee and tea provided all day long! Staff was also very helpfull with providing transport and helped with other bookings!! Scooters are available here too!

Great price for value. This homestay is located very central and adjacent to a supermarket, which very convenient in the evenings if you want to go for drinks and explore the nightlife in Kuta. The garden is beautiful and provides some hammocks in which you can enjoy the day reading or napping. The rooms are clean, furnished, and well taken care of. The only drawback is the noise, in my opinion. The family is very loud in the mornings and the mosque does not really help if you're looking for a good mm nights sleep. Overall, great value for what you're paying.

Cheap accommodation of you're looking fr smt very basic. Infested with mosquitos and other bugs and they don't have mosquito net in room. Take the AC room to keep some away at least...
Coackroaches, spiders also very present. No soap provided.
Breakfast ok for the price. Choice of an egg and toast or babana pancake. Hot water all day for coffee and tea.
Water pressure extremely low and cold water only.
This is a basic place so don't look for much comfort. Pillows too big.
Friendly staff.
