Dropped off 5 kg of clothes in the morning and were returned clean to our hotel in the evening of the same day. The clothes were clean and smelled very fresh. The clothes were wrapped in a bag and sealed. Would recommend this place as they separate wash your clothes and were very good with our clothes. Price is also good.

Wir haben dort gerade unsere Wäsche ab gegeben, zur Leistung kann ich also noch nichts sagen - erst morgen. Sehr positiv aufgefallen ist mir bisher der kostenlose Abhol- und Bringservice und dass man dort nicht pro Teil bezahlt wie z.b im Hotel (1 Shirt für 15.000) sondern 20.000 pro Kilogramm. Falls morgen etwas mit der Wäsche nicht in Ordnung sein sollte, überarbeite ich diese Bewertung nochmals. Leicht zu finden und nettes Personal.
Leider muss ich meine vorzeitige Bewertung korrigieren. Alle weißen Kleidungsstücke haben nach der Reinigung ungleichmäßige Gelbstiche und Flecken - so schlimm, dass sie nicht tragbar sind. Wir haben zudem ein Teil mehr zurück bekommen als abgegeben.... jemand anderes wird nun ein Teil vermissen (ein gefälschtes Hugo Boss Shirt), was wir aber der Reinigung wiedergeben werden, So bald wir in der Nähe sind.
Der Rest schien bisher ok zu sein, aber ich kann mir davon abraten weiße Kleidungsstücke dort zur Reinigung zu geben - sollten die Flecken nach der Wäsche zu Hause nicht raus gehen, wird die Bewertung nochmals angepasst.

Clothes came back soft, nicely folded and smelling heavenly. They charge Rp 20,000 per kilogram, Rp 30,000 for express service (within 3 hours). If you drop off your clothes in the morning you can collect them in the evening on the same day. They also do pick-up and delivery. According to their brochure each customer's load is washed separately and 'special detergent and softener for baby cloths'.

Great service. Laundry was done on time as promised. Clothes came back smelling great too. Highly recommended.
