Did a one day / 3 dives around Gili Islands with Scuba Froggy. It was a great service by the divemaster Herman and the crew! The boat was very sturdy, with lots of room to move about. Drinks, refreshments and dry storage boxes were available for us. My Divemaster Herman was great, looked up interesting species for me and was very attentive. My friend did a snorkeling at the same time, and got very nice guidance from them too. Thanks!

An amazing group of instructors and crew who ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable dive trip, whether its one dive or over the week. Nothing is too hard and they try to cater for all levels. Keep up the good work and will see you at Komodo next time! Regards Frank

Terrible management, disorganized and not professional.
We filled our paperwork 1 week before we started the course with the manager (Alicja) and she didn´t read it so a week after, when we were gonna start the course, my instructor tells me that I have to go to the doctor to check if I am okay to dive because I had some "YES" in my medical paperwork, After a week waiting to do the course they tell me this the same day I am starting the course and of course after paying the deposit so that means that if the doctor says no, you can not dive I would lose my desposit, But not only that, it means that if my instructor doesn´t realize about my medical paperwork I would have dived assuming a huge risk because of my sinus and allegry problems.
After we found out we had to go to the doctor we asked them: do you have a contact of a doctor where we can go? (since we are in a small island in Indonesia and we have no idea where to find one). They said yes and gave us the worst directions ever: "from 8.00am to 6.00pm in front of Mataram Mall you go to a pharmacy". We asked for a name of the doctor or something to make it easier and they didn´t tell us anything else. The next day we go all the way to Mataram to look for this doctor early in the morning and after several walks in the heat we found it but guess what? they told us the wrong time!!! We were there at 9.30am and the doctor wouldn´t arrive until 7.00pm (when they told us to go between 8 am and 6 pm.) So we had to go back all the way to Senggigi and go to Mataram AGAIN in the night.
After we went to the doctor he says I am fine to dive so we keep going with the course. All this part was with our instructor, Sandra, which we loved all the time, she was the only worth experience we had with this company.
To finish this bad experience, the last day we finished the course and went home since we were very tired and it was almost dinner time. Once at home, half an hour after (around 7.00pm), they came to our homestay with the bill demanding cash (the prior 3 days we were at their office and they didn´t ask for payment) We told them we wanted to pay with credit card, since it was a lot of money, and they said "okay just come to the scuba froggie office to pay there". That night we were tired and we didn´t make it to the office but we thought we could go the next day in the morning but....at 10.30pm that same night someone is KNOCKING IN OUR DOOR and guess who it was? Scuba froggy asking for the rest of the payment. We were in bed at that time since we were really tired but my boyfriend got up and went outside to try to pay with the credit card. Once outside their machine didn´t work so we couldn´t pay and they told us: "okay, come tomorrow to pay". We were very annoyed at this point since they made us to get up of the bed at that time of the night and they were HARASSING US and treating us like defaulters or CRIMINALS a few hours after we finished the course.
The next morning we woke up at 9.30am and we are eating breakfast in our house when the owner of our homestay tells us that he just got a call from the manager of Scuba Froggy saying that if we don´t drive right now to their offfice and pay they will CALL THE POLICE ON US.
So at this point they were not only harassing us, they were also implicating the people of our homestay and made us look like real CRIMINALS!
WORST RUNNING BUSINESS EVER, WORST MANAGEMENT, they definitely don´t know how to treat a costumer that is paying A LOT OF MONEY for a Padi course,
You are better off going with a company that treats its costumers well.

Had a great diving with scuba froggy. Highly professional and friendly people. They organize diving around Lombok, gilis and have 2 liveboards. 1 in Komodo and 1 making different itinerary around Indonesia
