We booked a trip with Ibrahim in Sengigi. It was supposed to be a guided tour and afterwards a transfer to the Gilis by speedboat. We ended up paying extra for the guide and taking the public ferry from Bangsal (had to pay extra for the tickets).
Find a different agency that is upright and trustworthy!

This place is a scam.They have a little office near Yessy Cafe.Booked fast boat out of Senggigi and was very clear on what I wanted.Showed him the brochure. Told this sunglassed con man of bad experiences with travel before.Assured me his company was different.It wasn't !Picked up late and instead of heading to Senggigi headed for Bangsal.Driver said better fast boat there.Told him I had goods to pick up in Senggigi.He said too late and that boat was full.Lies.Boat in Bangsal an hour late.Then to top off the scam,the shuttle bus driver said traffic was too busy and told us to get out and that our hotel was 10 min walk.We soon found out we were 5 kms away from Legian.We are 64yr olds with bags and other stuff.What kind of business would do that?Please,please do not use this company!

I booked a 3d2n trekking to Rinjani, they said it will be a small group about 4 people and there's everything.
The truth is that there is actually nothing included, no toilet, no table and chair, no hiking sticks, terrible. And it's a 12p huge group!
and i'm overcharged almost double price than others.

We booked a day trip and transport with mr. Dino. In short: we had an awful experience and didn't get what we paid for. Definitely not reliable and not worth the money!

We paid 400k each. Kotasi was called by our host Aurora.
From Lombok, to Gili Trawangan, Gili meno, Gili air, Lombok and then to Padang Bay. Owner told us it will take only one hour to get there. Paid 400k each, way to much. Hope we get a refund. Keep you posted. Boat smached against a pillar when leaving the docks without checking if something was broken.
Boat was overcrowded while moving between the Gill's!
When in Lombok, Persons on the boat were counted as it should.
Kotasi use Mahi-Mahi Deweta, look for reviews about the company.

DON'T GO WITH KOTASI TOUR AND TRAVEL!! THEY ARE GANGSTERS!!! Such unfriendly stuff and you have to expect nothing, especially not after they have your money. They made a price which is higher as with other Agencies ( I asked some other guys what they paid for pick up, speedboat to Bali and transfer to Ubud) Delta RP 150k pP. Even some taxi drivers in Senggigi seem to be connected with them to bring tourists there. Pick up at the hotel works, but they didn't tell that the speedboat where they booked us on takes the long turn...Lombok/Senggigi - Gili Trawangan - Gili Meno - Gili Air - back to Lombok/Bangsal - then to Bali/Padang Bai. FUTHER our Speedboat gets broken 3 times. The last time exactly in the mid between Lombok and Bali so we all went into a distress on sea. It looked that the boat was not working well and also they decided to go ahead with it. The crew was not able to tell us what happend and what they will do. The question, why they don't call the coast guard they completely ignore. We got rescued by an other speedboat after some tourist shouted to the crew and made some pressure. I send a whatsapp to KOTASI afterwards in case that I want a refund. STILL WAITING FOR ANSWER!!!
Background, we decided to go by speedboat to save time in comparison to the ferry...better we should have taken the ferry.. faster and cheaper..now it took from 10 in the morning to 7pm from Senggigi to Bali...so one day lost!! Still no answer from KOTASI TOUR AND TRAVEL. If you are in Senggigi, there are a lot of Agencies. I strongly recommend LOMBOK AMAZING PANORAMA. We did a snorkelingtrip with them. Great. Very friendly and we got a great guide (Abel) They also provide transfers to Bali. In my opinion the most serious company on Senggigi mainroad. Enjoy your holiday!

Pretty bad company with good guide&porters. I did the 3d/2n Rinjani trek during Dec 2016. They knew the waterfall, hot spring and lake were CLOSED. Of course, they did not mention ANYTHING during my booking. Their equipment is really rustic and will not protect you during rainy season. Be AWARE of it! pretty bad service guys! and no refund!
